I ordered food from a reputable restaurant near me that I always use. Went to order using this garbage service. Ordered 2 subs and fries. Was blown away when my "45 min away" order got to my house in 10 mins. That's where the good stops. Driver didn't alert me. Left my food on my landing, didn't ring my bell or call me. Texted me 10 mins after letting my hot sub get cold. Then I bring my food in the house to see there was one sub missing. 1 out of 2 subs...really it's not rocket science. Call the store and they are flipping out AND ACCUSING ME that I took it out and called them saying it wasnt there. I order from this place all the time. I'm not looking to screw a place over that I go to and ENJOY all the time. They argue with me and ultimately send me another sub with another driver over an hour later. By that time I had to eat something else and threw the sub in my fridge for the next day. Horrible experience and F that first driver. I'm 95% sure that guy stole my sub. Hope you choked on it d*ck bag
My experience was good but I didn't realize I was ordering through a third party until it was to late to turn back.
In general I try not to do this bc I support local business.
Next time I will just call directly and save the extra fees that were charged after I paid the initial delivery fee. $2.45 isn't much money but it's the principle.
Web version doesn't show a detailed cost breakdown before payment. And app interface for entering credit card expiration is invisible. I had to use both to understand the cost, confirm the discount had been applied, and check out.

Casablanca rectified a Grabbull error as soon as I arrived and showed them my order. I ordered a pickup online which Grabbull screwed up and they called to checkin with the owner after my arrival. Casablanca is a favorite spot for us. Authentic Moroccan food that is all made in-house by the owner herself. We love everything but salads added to the Korma is my favorite. The falafel platter is another favorite. Plus all of the Tajikistan. Oh! The Humus & Baba Ganoush are the best I have had - creamy and subtly spiced. Super for takeaway or catering. You must try it to believe it.

I placed order with area restaurant through Grabull, was provided with a delivery time and delivery arrived 5+ minutes ahead of schedule. Everything we ordered was received. And food was still hot.
Pretty smooth but I hate having to create another account and add payment information to another website. Would like a pay when I get there option.
One minor issue was that the system timed out as I was ordering! Had to enter in the entire order for 6 people and payment info all over again.
The main problem was that we ordered online, then showed up at the restaurant 10 minutes later. They hadn't even started the order because they didn't get it yet. The manager was not on site and didn't immediately send the order to the employees at the restaurant. The ordering system also didn't block out menu items that were not available, so after arriving, I was asked to pick two other dishes to substitute for the ones that they couldn't make due to lack of ingredients.
The wait time as a result of the poor app and poor management communication was 1 hour. I will not use Grabull again.
