Only after the order is placed you can see the total and also the ETA. It was 15 min before submitting the order and 50 min after submission

The total at checkout is different from the total listed prior to place the order. It is actually less but got me to decrease the tip.

Website is horrible on mobile. I don't remember my password and have to get a code every time, which takes way too long to send to my email. Also very difficult to get the discount to apply to order

I resent having high fees added without a breakdown, let alone presuming a large tip! The fees exceeded the 7% meals tax, so sorry, I won't be adding any tip (I usually do!). I find this to be quite obnoxious and you've angered this customer.

I came in as a new user, filled out an entire large order, and then was prompted to register. Upon registering, I was taken back to the main Grabull site, and not my order. I had to find the restaurant, and fill out my whole order again. Bad UX!

Good Food but Sloe

I placed my order with minor difficulty, it took 3 times before I got a drop down menu to make my choice. I was told to expect my order in 45 minutes, it took an hour and 15 minutes and it wasn't a busy time of day. Plus it was only soup and a sandwich.

Easy but some items do not have enough description and/or specified choice options; for example: "2 liter soda" does not have a list of available choices to select, "small mozzarella sticks" does not detail number of sticks in order... etc etc

Check mark buttons that should have been radial buttons (only one selection is allowed, but interface won't deselect when making a new choice).
