Only after the order is placed you can see the total and also the ETA. It was 15 min before submitting the order and 50 min after submission

I came in as a new user, filled out an entire large order, and then was prompted to register. Upon registering, I was taken back to the main Grabull site, and not my order. I had to find the restaurant, and fill out my whole order again. Bad UX!

I placed my order with minor difficulty, it took 3 times before I got a drop down menu to make my choice. I was told to expect my order in 45 minutes, it took an hour and 15 minutes and it wasn't a busy time of day. Plus it was only soup and a sandwich.
Site needs a Search box. Couldn't find something in the menus (Moo Goo Gai Pan), so I didn't order it.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
