Order was ready when promised... Excellent quality!
I had everything ready in my cart then my session expired in less than a couple of minutes while i got my wallet out. Then my whole cart disappeared and I had to reorder everything and enter the card info in again. I also kept having to select pick up because it automatically corrected to delivery 3 times
Half way through ordering it gave me a delivery time of 30 minutes. Before it was done it changed to 70 minutes. That's not nice.
No issues easy navigation and I appreciate that in these kind of food order apps
Service was mostly great. I was not notified about the delivery. I called the vendor (King's Roast Beef) who said the delivery person had called my number but they never did, or at least I didn't get any calls. Checked my order confirmation and the number was correct. Because I did not get a call, I waited longer for the food before I knew it had been delivered. Besides this miscommunication, however, service was great.
When placing the order, had to provide my cell & email. Food was 20 mins late so I called the #. They had left it on the door step in the cold. No phone call, didn't ring the bell. Food was lukewarm once we got it.
"Search" option would have been helpful since Shaam Savera moved from "Chef Specials" to "Vegetarian."
My computer tries to fill in the credit-card info, but I often have to back out of it and put it in manually. Don't know why.
Might help if on some of the earlier screens there was a Note about an opportunity to add a tip later - on the final screen. Also that the pre-calculated percentages are based on Total INCLUDING taxes, which is irritating.
Almost always have to start over for some reason. Specification of pickup-TIME seems awkward and doesn't show up on final page, so I end up entering it at least twice to be sure it does NOT come out as ASAP.
The final steps of checkout, particularly specification of TIME order is to be picked up, are a bit awkward. Otherwise OK.
The PICKUP TIME SELECTION needs to be much more obvious and earlier in the process. In the past I've sometimes missed it and had to call the restaurant.
1. I had difficulty requesting Tax exemption from Grabull. They were not educated on the topic.
2. MENU: Needs soda added TO MENU otherwise great
Cost more in grabull than just calling in the order. Grabull said it would be rdy by 2:30. It wasn't ready until 3:10.
I was missing an item. However, my order arrived early, which was nice.
I don't understand why the order total price jumps up so high. My subtotal was $48 and change, and then without showing me how or why it went up to $67 and change. I'd like to at the very least be able to see what those extra charges are! This happens every time and it's very frustrating. If I have an option besides grabull I use it every time.
I don't like that I can't see the details of the order (prices, fees, etc) on the payment page!

Straightforward ordering process, good updates while waiting. Only thing I would change is to be clear in the check out process that you are paying more than the restaurant charges for the food. I was trying to avoid that since I was just ordering on line and picking up. I could have done that and paid less by just calling the restaurant directly.
