Disappointing

I came in when the app said to and the order hadn't even been processed yet. Had to wait around about 5 minutes before anyone even came out to see me, then waited another 20 minutes for the food. Very inconvenient.

Overall I was happy using Grabull: was able to enter and edit my order easily, and the order was delivered right on time. I dinged it one star for a couple of reasons:

1. I could not easily determine what additional fees were being added to the subtotal beyond tax, tip, and "convenience fee" until after I paid the total.

2. There was no status update or tracking while the meal was being prepared and delivered.

Otherwise the app is pretty good.

314 Main Street Deliveries- Loading Dock is located at 75 Hayward Street. Directions to the 75 Hayward St. Loading dock garage for 314 Main Street- Please drive to 238 Main Street. Take a right at Hayward St You will see the CVS on the corner of that building. You will take a sharp right where the CVS is on the corner, that is Hayward Street. You will drive to the garage door for 314 Main Street Loading Dock. Once you get close to the garage door it will come up. Drive into the loading dock and go to the loading dock for 314 Main Street. Once you are at the loading dock for 314 Main Street you will need to get and speak to Security and tell them you have a delivery for 17th Floor Aurora Flight Sciences. Please call if you have questions Margaret's cell is *******972. Thank you very much!

Failed to refund me $20

There was a problem with my order so that I was charged for duplicate items. I needed a partial refund, but the restaurant said I had to get the money through Grabull. In response to my email to Grabull explaining the problem, I received an automated email from Sitejabber that did not offer me any adequate options to resolve the problem.

Grabull owes me $20 for the duplicate charge since I only received one item from the restaurant but was charged for two.

The prices online are more, while on my receipt it was less. It wasn't even close it was by about $20. I thought it was fees or the tip but it was the actual price of the food.
