The most annoying thing about Grabull, by far, is that it doesn't support the MacOS/Safari autofill feature for the credit card field.

The online process was painless, but the physical delivery took a bit longer than expected and (worse) the food was actually delivered to a nearby home and not ours despite the correct delivery address. Thankfully, we recognized the location based on the delivery photo and were able to retrieve the food from our neighbor without issue.
House Of Kebab Curries need to have the option click on type of meat and how hot or mild you want it. Poor Experience happens over and over again!
Your Curries Options still are not fixed. Grabull allows for only one option to be chose (hot) or (chicken). This is terrible!
Menu for your Curries allows for only one choice. Yet the dish needs two choices (i.e. Vindaloo (Chicken)(Hot)).

We placed a pick up order through Grabull and were charged 60% more than the actual restaurant charged. 60%! For an order we picked up ourselves. We will never use this rip off service again!
