The online process was painless, but the physical delivery took a bit longer than expected and (worse) the food was actually delivered to a nearby home and not ours despite the correct delivery address. We placed a pick up order through Grabull and were charged 60% more than the actual restaurant charged. 60%! For an order we picked up ourselves. We will never use this rip off service again!

Every time I order it tells me I forgot my password. I did not forget my password. I use a password manager. I have tried updating my password, which still does not fix the issue.
