Ordered and was told 30 minutes. Went to the restaurant and waited and waited. Several-times I asked the person at the desk if he could check on it. He was totally swamped and overwhelmed. He asked and came back to say he really had no idea where the order was or when it would be ready. I asked to speak with a supervisor. She came and said she could start making the order but, it would be 30 minutes. It was well over an hour snd they hadn't even started it! I asked her to cancel as I was heading to an event and she said I had to call Grabull cuz she was busy and she could try to call-later to cancel I called Grabull and they were helping cancelling the order
$25 min order but wouldn't allow me to order when $25 min was met. Had to order more items I didn't need to allow food to be delivered.
