Extremely disappointed with the service. After talking to a support member and being assured my paper would be done within the time frame, I found myself in a serious situation. A writer was never found in the first 2 days and after extending my deadline to them and talking to several other support reps I was told a writer was in fact doing the project. It was a complete lie! When the deadline came around I was expecting to see at least a draft and came to find there was in fact no writer ever on my project. So after talking to a manager who supposedly looked into the issue himself promised to resolve the matter and call me back within 2 hours. Never did. I ended up being at the deadline without anything done. They gave a refund but that doesn't really matter in the end when I'm left with nothing to turn in after being guaranteed a quality product. Do yourself a favor write it yourself or pay a grad student these guys are not professional.
