I liked this company at first. At first, it was fine. Until it was not. This site is hit or miss at best. They are scammers at worst. It is very unlikely you will get a good writer who writes a good paper the first time. If you have plenty of money and time to burn, this may or may not work. You'd better be okay with that risk, because their money back guarantee is fake. The last paper I did is the last I will ever do with them. I'm so glad it wasn't for school or anything important. It was due July 27th. By August 7th they still hadn't finished revising it, and even their revision was HORRIBLE and unsubmittable even if I did have time (it was past due and I could not use it). I had to contact them several times about a refund. I followed up late August and they said someone would be in touch. It's september and they still refuse a full refund. I contacted them over 5 times. They say even though they recognize a quality essay was not received or on time, I still got services and they shouldn't have to give me a full refund. They said (copied and pasted directly):

"I believe that the writer's time should be compensated. He will receive his payment not for the content but for the time he spent working on the order. Also, I would like to bring your attention to the fact that you are not paying for the service you didn't receive. Every time you came back to us with any questions, there always was our Support Team who answered all your questions and was following up on your order 24/7. Moreover, you used a service provided by our Writer's department since they negotiated with different writers in order to find a proper one for you. Also, you used a service provided by our Quality Assurance department who checked the writer's performance and made an investigation of the order."

I got this response repeatedly. So basically the best the could offer was 70% back. Since their customer support is apparently a huge portion of what you pay for which is non refundable. Which, on a $100 order is a pure loss of $30. For no paper. That's like being charged for netflix with no access to streaming and them saying they could only give 70% back because you used customer service. NO. That's not how it works. People want an essay, not your "quality assurance" when it goes wrong. And this 70% offer was after I fought tooth and nail with them. They first offered 10% account credit or a free upgrade. Then they offered more account credit, no payment refund, and so on. They will scam you. So just hope that you somehow wind up with a good writer. I suggest just finding some other company. These exchanges took hours I will never get back. I ended up going to my bank and filing a dispute for a service I did not receive. They will likely fight me on it, since this is a scam.

I will say, and this may the most important part, THEY INCENTIVIZE REVIEWS. They likely won't offer credit for bad ones, so basically they pay for the good reviews. They offer a discount on your next order if you send them a link to your review. So all these good reviews are slanted. AVOID!

If you are going to use this company make sure you put your deadline WELL in advance of when you actually need it done. DO NOT use this site as a last minute saviour. They do not have any regard for deadlines and it also seems like they have zero control over their writers. I assume they hire freelance writers that will get it done IF they get around to it, and when you call in asking about your paper they can literally NEVER get a hold of their writers. I had a 10 page term paper that was worth 30% of my grade that was due in 5 days. I paid extra to have the paper done in 4 days so I could make sure it was done well and on time. I even paid extra for a Top 10 writer, and an authenticity report (which I never got). All of this cost me $445! I thought they would treat my paper with priority because of the amount I was paying but deffffinitely not. My first writer responded to me through the site saying he would be done in 2 days. On day 3 I call in and they inform me that my writer has "disappeared." They can't get a hold of him so they assign a new writer and ask for an extension. I call in on day 4 asking for my paper and they basically told me that the paper was done but it didn't follow the guidelines I gave them so they need to assign a 3rd writer and need ANOTHER extension. I saw the rough draft that the 2nd writer submitted and it was a joke. By the time the 3rd writer got the paper to me I had already missed my deadline twice and of course this class takes 10% off per day. The paper honestly seemed to be done fairly well in the end but I will be getting a total of 20% taken off my grade. I can commend the 3rd writer for finally getting it done in such a short period of time but this company is just a mess. And I know you are probably thinking why didn't you just write the paper on your own after they started missing deadlines? But I promise you they will string you along the entire way. "I ensure you we have someone working on this as we speak, etc etc." - I have genuinely never written a single online review before. The only reason I wrote this one is because I PROMISED them I would. They did give me $70 refund for the missed deadlines and not providing the authenticity report but that means I still paid $375 (USD by the way and I'm Canadian so actually $503 CAD) for a paper worth 30% of my grade that will already have a 20% deduction."This is why you should just do your own school work like everyone else." uh yea, no $#*!. Trust me I've learned my lesson.

The compnay is not proffisional, Late every time. And very poor quatlity, the wrighters have famliy issues all the time
