Using the services of this company I've never had any problems either with writers and their pieces of work or with the support service! Everything is great with this service!

How much I am grateful for your help! I don't what would I do without assistance of so professional writers!

College life is always essays, research papers and so many other papers and it's a great relief that I don't need to write them all by myself!

If you're doing work on the doctoral level that requires a research proposal, don't waste your time with this company. I paid a high price to get one of their most supposedly gifted writers to help me. I was frequently sent drafts from the writer to evaluate, but these evaluations required me to rewrite most of the treatise myself. I gave them more than 14 days to prepare the paper, but they still never completed it. Their writers seem to know little about research and I don't think the writer of my paper spoke English as his/her native language. Avoid this company if you require graduate work to be done.

This service cannot provided PhD level works. Maybe this service can gather and copy/paste information from internet, but cannot do anything that is PhD level.

Basically, I would consider the service OK as such things are so minor if consider other services, that have Africans without college education write the research, or better to say copy and paste them from the internet. Do not trust in the words of the reviews written on the website. Their refund guarantee is not GUARANTEED. I received an essay with different title of the novel so I called for a refund and they blame the customer and stress how it was a small mistake. When they got the basic wrong and they did not fulfill my instruction, I clearly think I have the full rights to be refunded. Do not trust this website and the reviews written below. I would give -10stars if I could. Waste of money and time. Just write it yourself or use a different site.

The customer service kind of makes up for my horrible paper but then again they don't really solve much either because only the writer assigned to your project can fix it. I don't know if I got unlucky and got a $#*!ty writer but the paper was awful. I am only really pissed because I paid for all the extra features so that I would have the best results but nope. Super basic spelling errors and punctuation errors. AND THE WHOLE PAPER WAS BASICALLY PLAGIARIZED. I googled up one sentence and the whole paragraph came up on google. Ridiculous. For all the money I paid, I could've have at least gotten a paper that was written following my instructions; for get all the spelling errors.

This business is horrible! First the paper was COMPLETELY wrong. I asked for a paper about the pros and cons of a famous women's organization and I received a paper about lesbians and gays! WHAT?!? Also, I paid for 8 pages and only received 6! Then I demanded for my money back, but the online chat rep and phone rep spent the whole time trying to convince me to give them another chance (even though I kept upsettingly saying NO). The did not want to tell me how I could get a refund! Finally, I was told I would have to write a stupid request letter and would receive an answer in a WEEK! So I decided to give them a chance instead... BIG MISTAKE! The paper STILL did not talk about my thesis AT ALL and was... again 6 pages! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I'm now in the "process" of getting my refund. But guess what? That's not all :) I don't get my full refund bc these writers gotta get paid too :)) As amazing as they are.

So so so bad, gave them 14 days to help with my finance assignment. Gave them all the calculations and workings. Approached them several times if they needed help and asked for updates.
They did the assignment for the wrong company's figures so clearly didn't read questions or anything submitted. Was in such a bad state that I could not even submit the paper.
Lesson is better to do it yourself as anything is better than what they supplied.

I checked my account the night the paper was due to them and it states it was still in progress and I would receive it as soon as possible. I decided to use their chat service and spoke with a supposedly a customer service manager name Jessica. I stated I wanted a refund since they did not make the deadline. She advised that her systems showerd the paper had been sent on time. I advised no and again I stated I want a refund. She said the paper was done and attached a document in the chat session. I did not click on the link since I do not trust this company. I get an email from their support team staying the paper had not been processed and wanted a 6 hour extension. I stated no and that I wanted a refund. I advised them about my chat with Jessica that it was funny that one person was telling me the paper had been processed and then I get an email stating it was not. Long story short do not use they lie and will try to get out of giving refunds. If you need to dispute the charges through the company you paid (PayPal, credit card comapny) you will get a faster refund. I have a lot more to tell but my advise Do Not Use This Company. THEY LIE!
