These people are criminals. They said they were having a Ph. D. rewrite my essay, and it was beyond horrible. I don't even think the essay writer was a native English speaker. There were grammatical errors. I asked to have an essay for an app for an MA in clinical mental health counseling written and they wrote a term paper, and in it stated that I already am a mental health counselor. They got other facts wrong as well, and they changed the meaning of many of my sentences significantly. Other sentences just didn't make sense, again like the person wasn't even a native English speaker. Even the sentences that were actually correct English were boring, without any flair for good writing. And on top of that after I sent it back once they asked me for another chance, took 3 more days and sent me back the same essay! Don't go anywhere near this company!

I would like to add more complaints about this business. They have now sent me 2 revisions of the original horrible essay they wrote for me. The first revision they did was just as bad as the first, and the second was only slightly better. They guarantee to finish the paper within the time frame agreed upon, but they do not guarantee that they will give you an essay that is free of mistakes within that time. Our agreed time frame was seven days and it has been over two weeks since I ordered the original essay, and they still have only given me 3 different essays all of which have grammar errors and several sentences that use vocabulary words incorrectly or inappropriately. And they will not give me a refund for not giving me a mistake free paper within 7 days.
Furthermore, they claim that all of their writers are native English speakers. This is fraud. I will happily email you the essay they wrote for me if you want to read it and you can judge for yourself if it was written by a native English speaker. It was not.

I have tried to resolve this with customer service to no avail. I cannot even download the product I paid for. When I was able to download the product (about a week ago) The format and content were not as described. I paid $100 for a college level APA IT paper. I received a grade school paper that was not in proper APA format and was not properly sourced. In proper sources result in plagiarism. This paper was plagiarized. I requested a full refund but customer service is refusing wrong doing, stating the paper is in APA format, even though it very clearly is not and the sources do not uphold Purdue APA standards according to the following links.

I am extremely disappointed. I specifically paid for someone who spoke english as a first language to right my paper, this was also a falsehood. No one at this company I have spoken too has yet to speak proper english.

If I do not receive a refund for the product I paid for but never received I will continue to escalate this issue

I purchased an essay through this site and was never given my essay. I ordered an essay that was supposed to be delivered within six hours of my order (I paid extra to have it rushed). It took them 24 hours which meant that I missed my deadline. About seven hours in to the process I contacted them and told them that my deadline was missed and they informed me they hadn't even found a writer yet. However the money was taken out immediately and they confirmed that it would be delivered to me in the six hours. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money, which they refused to do. After I sent several emails to them they finally replied (weeks later) and informed me they would not refund me, even though I never received an essay. They have not contacted me since (and have not replied to any of my emails). This is a total scam and I am out $150 for it!

Maybe their quality is okay for a secondary school level. But i'm a master degree and i did a mistake of depending on them in my reseach paper. Huge mistake!
I had to to do 2 orders to try to fix their horrible quality and they their best to ask me to do more orders for one paper to try to fix their damages. And don't belive that they have top 10 writers, they are horrible and some of them i think they are working in the sales because they will try to convince you to create more orders.
If you still wanna try them, my advice to avoid writer ID#2702. He is lazy and greedy.

This was my third order put in, and I am still pleased with the result I got. I also appreciate that I can order essays for different subjects from a single place!

Pros:
They are reviewing it currently. There were some good points added in to the paper that if anything I can use to write the paper if they fall short on the revision.

Cons:
The writer I got was clearly not a native English speaker, There are a lot of sentences that tend to not make any scene what so ever or that they were fillers. Best description. There are also sentences that seem to be there just for filler so that they could try to reach the total of 5 pages. I also requested 5 pages and I only have four and a half (4 1/2) pages. The writer also added in source information that is not even documented in other words they made up information. The source material I provided was all the information that the writer needed. They also didn't follow the the format requested.

Other thoughts:
I chose this service because I didn't want to bother with a paper that was not really that important to me grade wise. It's a pretty simple paper. Since it was simple and really wouldn't effect my grade I figured I would give this a try to see what it would be like and to see what quality one could expect. I figured that if they could not do a simple paper then there would be no way that I could trust them or such a service for something much more complicated. We will see how the revision goes but I am going to start working on my paper and possibly use some of the key points that the writer provided, the ones that are factual that is...
