This process went well, and it was simplified. I marvel however, how far down the slippery slope of red tape since I was born in 1938. How did we manage to get anything done in those days of yesteryear? The future doesn't look too good either.
This was the easiest part of dealing with my mom's estate. Who would think the federal government could do a better job than banks, credit unions, mutual funds and others I had to deal with in closing out her accounts and distributing the funds to her beneficiaries. Thank You.
I really like the new process for the Fed Tax ID. Much simpler and faster, its about time! Only problem is that I messed up on the form and put the wrong email. I called a day later and all the service agent did was argue with me. He said that I had signed it already and that it must've come through my email for me to sign. Well I signed it right away after I filled it out during the online process. He was more hung up on proving me wrong than getting the problem solved. My fault originally but the guy could've been a bit nicer. The speed of the new system overshadows the agent though, well done government. Now can you get to work on fixing everything else?!
This was so quick and easy! I thought the process was going to take me hours to complete but I was delighted to see that it took no more than 10 minutes out of my day!

I; m scared. I sent in my drivers license, much to my dismay to get a copy of my sons social security card. He is incarcerated and needs his copy right away. I could not find it in his wallet that he gave me when he went away. Please tell me you are a legit site?
Called the contact number twice. Each time automatically placed on hold. After being on hold for over 45 minutes both times I gave up. Company did process the applications, but I had some questions. They never got answered directly.

This is the last place I would recommend to anyone to seek assistance with. If I could give 0 stars I would. My strong advice is to steer beyond clear or this company. The level of respect, articulation, and mediation will have you question the authenticity of any service offered. Supervisor Fernando behaves as a child and does not comprehend clean remedial English.
I applied for an EIN and expected to receive it in two days. Paid them $197 and then learned the IRS does it for free. Took four weeks to get my refund, after I immediately cancelled their service. Would never do business with them again.

It seemed very easy and painless to complete the forms.
However, Since I received the first confirmation that my EIN number had been confirmed, I have received several emails warning me that I needed to finish registration by completing my electronic signature.
Now I am receiving emails telling me that my EIN is now blocked. In fact such an email is the one that I m responding to this survey from. Can you please make up your mind as to if it is completed or I need to make another electronic signature. Can someone there please make up their mind as to whether I am in good standing or not?

Save your money and go to your nearest social security office to get a card. It's my fault I got suckered into the scam but if I can help someone else out by warning them against this company, I will maybe feel better!
