Do not use this service They will not offer a refund nor allow you to speak to anyone. You can get the IRS applications done for free and faster at irs.gov. This is the penultimate scam clothed as a "government operation" They are a rip off artist!
Very helpful. Easy to use site. I received my results fast. They live up to everything they promise and I got my results in less than one hour! I looked at other sites and they wanted more money or wouldn't accept an American Express credit card. I would recommend to anyone who is in a rush to pay the extra price to have the reassurance that you will get your number in a timely fashion. For some reason I trusted we could get my son's card in 14 days. Still NO card, no help and our trusted personal documents are not returned. Very disappointed trying to figure out where and when my son's SS card will get to us. We should have gone to the SS office instead of trusting this service.

I tried to change my name on Social Security card by SS office, and I checked Social Security Office website. Next to the SS office website I saw GovSimplified can do it then I filled the all information on their forms: SS#, Date of Birth, Address, Phone # and Credit card #... Later I found this is an private co., and they charged me $97.
I noticed GovSimplified is a private entity and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SSA.
I worry all my information was taken by them. Lean the LESSON, AND DO IT YOURSELF.
