So far I have been surprised by the amount of charges that I can choose to use or not. After my added services the total cost increased by 45% just to book with an assigned seat and a 23 kg bag checked.

I had a good price, but as soon as I put in my credit card data, it went up by over $700! Felt like a bait and switch. Could have just booked through airlines for cheaper. I was worried your sight might have been a con.

Scammers that stole my money and ruined my holidays, The botched my booking and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and wanted to charge me 400 Euros to cancel a 1400-Euro-booking. In the end they took my full amount and denied me any refund, pocketing all my €1444 Euros or $1493 US Dollars and flatly refused to refund a single cent! Total devoid of integrity and are very slimy. Avoid like the plague.

I have been wasting my past 3 days with all those lousy business flight websites and they all collected my info and God knows where it will end up. They all wasted my time. They don't listen and send you what they want while trying to rip you off. Until I found GoToGate, OMG where have they been all this time. I got my business class ticket with the lowest price, lowest flight duration, and best time of departure/arrival. They really delivered a superb experience for a first time customer. Thank You

Booked flights

Found just what I was looking for and took a chance because the round trip price ATL-NYC was excellent. Skipped all the fees/add-ons (there were a lot!). The process was easy, got a confirmation email right away, and added the flights to my Frontier app. Very pleased.

Seat booking con

Having gone through the rigmarole of sorting flight options and fair deals then being presented with $22 fee to choose a seat it is a con. This added 17% to the original quote. Seat booking for two people with two flights each leg and return flights is essential and gotogate knows that. It added $176, no small sum.

I booked my ticked on your site. In less than 3 hours I cancelled the flight dude to unforseen circumstances.
A refund was issued. My bank refund me the monies.
Less than 24 hours later you have charged me again for a transaction that I did not do or commit to.
I am disappointed and distressed because your action have placed my account in the negative.
