Why was USD converted into my currency rate higher than the current rate? I tried to search for the best deal but it ended up i still paid the high rate.

You emailed me but you will soon see that the service you provided will not be paid because it was with a stolen credit card number. Nelson is not my name and they are criminals that have stolen my credit card.

The booking process was very smooth and easy. It's very annoying though to get charged for every basic service that should be included by law.

FRAUD - GO TO GATE IS FRAUD!
This is a fraud company, total scam! Don't ever book your air travel or any travel with them. They scam you out of your money. They cancelled my ticket on their own without asking me and no refund was provided, when I just asked them if a travel on different date was possible due to family emergency. DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BOOK ANYTHING!
