I ordered two mugs and one came completely shattered. There was no bubble wrap on the mugs so they were scratching each other up so the other non broken one has a ton of paint chipped because of it. I spoke to customer service and it seemed like they were going to handle it right away but it's been two weeks now and I still haven't received an update. I paid 40$ for express shipping since I needed them at a certain date. I asked for a refund for the shipping because I couldn't use them as gifts at the requested date anymore. They told me they would take 50% off which I first agreed to if they were going to send them out right away. So thats 20$ and the standard shipping is 13$. I still haven't received new mugs so I've been charged almost double the regular shipping just to wait for standard. Ridiculous. I'm just expecting them never to arrive now.

I have ordered on 4 separate occasions to gift mugs to myself and 3 dear friends. The quality is superb. They have been so thrilled with their customized mug and I am sure will enjoy it as much as I do mine. 5 stars ***** all the way.
Quit lying to people. I was supposed to receive item 2 weeks ago, when I didn't receive it I started calling and was given the run around each time including being lied to twice. I called this morning to refund my money. I'm so disappointed, I just hope my refund doesn't get lost.
Problems with shipping but they resent item and arrived in beautiful condition. Although it was very late for my husbands birthday he loved it and has been using it every day since for his herbal tea.

Sent me 3 baby blankets instead of adult lap blankets. Spent over a $100.00 for useless blankets. They will not refund me or take them back! Offered my shipping fee only! Very misleading company and not customer satisfied. I would NOT suggest this company
I ordered a watch band with the saying"this Mom belongs to" and my 3 kids names and character of them. After several months I received one saying Mimi and 8 kids. Called and was told they could not help me I needed to go to chat and open a ticket. I did that and sent pictures of the band I received and my order. Was told I would receive an email in 24 hours. I did not! At this point forget the expensive watch band, just give me my money back! Never order from this company!

I had some unauthorized charges on my bank account and they investigated and took care of it in under 3 business days. Their customer service is always exceptional. The fact that I didn't have to go through my bank to dispute the charges saved so much time!

I absolutely love the customized water bottle I ordered. Took awhile to arrive, which was to be expected, but was worth it. The pin/screw holding the cover onto the lid came out though, but the company was able to send me a replacement lid. Not only that, but they sent me a whole other customized water bottle as well. Couldn't ask for better service. Especially when the new bottle arrived much faster than the first. Was sceptical about trying them out at first, because never heard of the company before, but am glad I did.

I received a sisters mug this past Christmas 2021 as a gift and was so in love I decided to order a mother's blanket for my mother. I placed my order on Dec 29,2021, it sd it would be delivered Jan 17,2022 which was perfectly acceptable. It came today, Jan 5th. Thats less than 7 days from order to manufacture to delivery. I opened it thinking something has to be wrong, that was too fast. Nothing was wrong, its absolutely beautiful. Gave it to my mother and she loves it. I couldn't be happier. Thank you

Customer service is horrible! They take forever to respond and do not provide any information. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my order and can't get a straight answer on the status. They keep telling me it's been delivered! They split the order into two shipments and I'm checking on the status of the second one. Apparently they are to incompetent to notice I have two. If it was delivered, why would I be asking about the status? Also, they take 5 days to respond to the "live chat"...
I have a mug, two canvas prints, the smaller blanket and the metal ornament - they are all well made and beautiful. Received quickly. My dog is older and I wanted to enjoy the products now so I ordered numerous products.

Ordered a custom mug for a friend because of the adorable design. However, the printing quality was absolutely terrible- blurry and smudgy. Shipping was fast and their product designs are great, but the printing quality is awful and unfortunately I cannot recommend. Given the high price of their products, I expect much better quality.

I ordered on December 14,2022 for a Christmas gift and I have still not received my order on January 9,2023! I have tried tracking and it gave no information except that it was shipped weeks ago. Then on 1/7 it said it would arrive today. I ordered from them before and had no problem.

Hello, I have ordered numerous Gossby products for family and friends including mugs and Christmas ornaments.The whole idea behind the personalization is amazing! My only suggestions to further the variety of personalization is to first, allow for a short, medium and tall height difference. At this point there is no option for height which is a huge part of a persons physical appearance. The only other suggestion I have is to start including more options for men and boys. It's hard to do anything family related when I have to leave my husband and son out. My only constructive criticism comment is to please make the pricing a little more economical. I spent well over $100 on only seven small Christmas ornaments plus shipping for my closest friends. On top of the pricing being high, the shipping is a little on the ridiculous side. At least give free shipping if nothing else. Other than that you have a great personalization concept.

I ordered 4 custom, small ornaments from Gossby a month ago (order was $75!). They said the estimate arrival time was 2 weeks. After a month, I still don't have it and the only way you can reach them is via email which they are very slow to respond (haven't received any response yet on where my order is). I tried their online chat/help an there is no actual person there - only automated response which stopped responding to me/was not helping me. I just hope the ornaments come in time for Christmas. The product online looks real cute, but its so expensive I hope they are good quality items.
I love these mugs. I was able to pick and choose what was relevant to me. I ordered two mugs, one for my friend and me. She loved it. She wanted to know where did I get it. I got the 15 oz. Size mug. It's very beautiful. I use it every morning and celebrate the friendship I have with my best friend. Thank you for offering such a great product. It makes a very special gift.

This company has great gifts for a great price. Most shops that make personalized gift charge so much and the quality is terrible. Gossby gives you great products every time with very secure packaging. There also complete your order so quickly. The estimated time I was given when I purchased was about two weeks but I received my gift in 8 days. I will continue to order from them.

Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
Answer: Either side but not both. There are two different designs.
Answer: Really easy until they refund you with the 100% refund guarantee that is a lie and they partially refund you then stop replying to your emails
