I saw this website through Facebook and decided to order something from here. I bought mug cups and father tshirt. I received the mug cup pretty fast about a week in a half and the t-shirt came in late due to printing issues. They were pretty good reaching out to me regards to the shirt not shipping on time for Father's Day. I would definitely order again.
I was very pleased with Gossby. I hesitated to purchase from them because I've never heard of them before so I decided to take a risk, which I never do. But unlike other sites that you've never heard of Gossby is legit and trustworthy. I bought 2 mugs for my sisters and they're exactly how I customized it. They're also on point with shipping. I would definitely recommend and purchase again!

Don't waste your time. Thgt it was a cute idea. #1 Mug came chipped. Reordered. #2mug came smashed Ordered again and if it's damaged. I'll try to get a refund. They throw it in a box. No packaging. Just awful. Ray away. I should of done research before I ordered
I am extremely happy with the communication regarding my package and the quality. It is exactly what i wanted and even though i found the website through facebook where i could be wary my entire experience with your company was amazing! I ordered a dragon ball z father's day shirt everything I added to the shirt came out exactly as advertised. It was a thick cotton shirt and i'm sure my children's father is going to love it as much as i did! My ordered arrived 3 weeks before the day I needed it.

I have bought numerous cups and have always been happy. The words written on them are spot on and after our dog died I bought a cup for hubby with the dogs name and his and forever in our hearts. When he opened it he cried. It's a real treasure and the picture are so alike a friend asked how we uploaded the photo. Just beautiful

I ordered a Christmas gift for my friend on 12/10. Guaranteed delivery before Christmas (according to website) I am still waiting (Its 12/27). Delivery transit now states January 2nd. It is still sitting in California and I am waiting. Not so patiently, here in PA. Super disappointed. They did refund my shipping, but I will never order from them again. I get it, it's the holiday rush, so I expect a bit of a delay, but almost a month from order to receipt is not cool. I would've purchased a different custom item from a different company. Our daughter absolutely loved her sweatshirt. We lost our precious pit a couple years ago, and she rescued another pit last year. Love that you have angel wings for the ones we lost, they our family. Very special. Only recommendation, I didn't see any like spotted blue and white pits, so was hard to choose the right one that looked kinda like her. Anywhoo. Was still a very special gift. I ordered the brother/sister ornaments (2) as a Christmas present for my mother in Pa. Apparently I had the wrong zip code on it and you all emailed me and I corrected for you. But, she still never received them.

I was very happy with my purchase from start to finish - easy to use website, prompt processing and speedy delivery... but the price was a wee bit too high. However I would purchase again but maybe in future you could consider making the font a bit larger. I had 4 names on my mug but I do think there was room for a larger font.

I bought him a father's day shirt I knew that he'd like. But it turns out he LOVED it. He told me I was going to make him cry with this gift which I've never been able to accomplish. It was only successful because of gossby.

Ordered a mug for my son's father day gift, not only did it take forever, but they changed the address to a mix of "my address" with "his address" so its not arriving for father's day. After I called they said thats the way the ordered was entered, which I know is wrong, his address is completedly different than mine. What a waste of $$$ dont buy from them.

I made mistake for my first order. The payment didn't go through, but then I ordered again and the time for delivery was actually would be late for father's day. They helped me and got it right on time before the father's day. I'm so glad they did it for me! Thanks again

This is the worst company EVER! Do not bother ordering from them. They will drag their feet and give every excuse under the sun as to why they haven't shipped your item. I initially wanted to order 2 ornaments and a mug. After multiple attempts at placing my order, it would not go through! I finally cancelled the order and then re-ordered just the mug as this was initially all that I wanted. I placed that order on Dec 6th (it is a Christmas present) and here we are, Dec. 16th and it still hasn't shipped! Save yourself the aggravation and don't bother!
I ordered 3 sister mugs on 11/6/2020 and waited and waited for it to be shipped. Was in contact with them about when my order would be shipped and kept getting the same response of we are checking into it and on top of my order. I just got an email 12/26/2020 that my order has been cancelled because of a non valid shipping address. They said they sent me an email on 11/9/2020 to correct it but they didn't so they just canceled it and informed me I would receive the credit on my card within 15 working days. These were Christmas presents!
It was really easy to order and the amount of customisation was really good so i was able to make images that represented the people easily. It arrived within the time estimated. The quality of it is really good and it is exactly as advertised. Im very happy with it and would 100% recommend them and would buy from them again in the future

As shown on the website, i received my customised mugs with pretty prints. Arrived on time. I did not had to keep a track and my friends loved it at the first sight of it. Worth my money and wait. Just amazing

Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
Answer: Either side but not both. There are two different designs.
Answer: Really easy until they refund you with the 100% refund guarantee that is a lie and they partially refund you then stop replying to your emails
