Ordered a mug as a Father's Day gift. After waiting for it to arrive and seeing that the tracking showed that the mug had been in my home state and then been returned to the company, I reached out to find out what was wrong. The first chat with Gino told me that on his end the mug would be delivered that day. Shocking that it wasn't. So I reached out the next day. This person tried to tell me that the mug was scheduled to be delivered on that day instead. I kept asking and insisting that they look into it further since the mug had already been in Connecticut where I live and returned to Kentucky by the shipper. Sure enough they looked into it and found that the shipper returned it to the company due to an undeliverable address. Weird because the address is my address and I get mail here all the time with no problem. I confirmed the address with them which is the one that they had on file and they flat out admitted that the shipper was to blame and told me that they would escalate it and reach out to me in an email by the end of the day. Guess what? No email arrived. So the next day I reached out again. I was told that they were taking it to a team member and that I would be notified of the resolution by the end of the day. Guess what? No email. So I reached out again today. Now I am extremely angry and frustrated as Father's Day is 3 days away and I am left with no gift and the prospect of having to go spend more money in order to buy a new gift. I was told today that they were going to go to management to see if they could reprint another mug and send it out to me. I was told that I would have that answer by the end of the day today via email. I was asked for patience and kind understanding. I told the customer service rep that my patience had run out after all of the times that they had promised to email me and didn't. She asked if it was okay if she took the time to figure out the situation and emailed me and I told her that I guess it would have to be okay because I had no control over the situation. I told her that actions speak louder than words and I hope that she would prove me wrong about not believing that she would follow up. Well, here it is 11:00 at night and you guessed it, no email. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. If anything goes wrong, they will deflect and delay and push you off with empty promises of emails that never come, all the while not delivering the product or providing any kind of refund. Absolutely horrific customer service and I will be letting everybody know on every social media platform that I have access to.
