I've made quite a few purchases from Gossby and have found them to be top notch with their products and their customer service. Any issues and they resolve them immediately. I ordered the wrong item by mistake one time. Could not correct or cancel it. I had to reorder but they gave me a partial credit and a coupon for an additional discount. Another time the lettering was a little smeared. Again I called and again the issue was resolved by making and sending another mug. All my orders except for one have been gifts. The recipients have loved them. I will continue to be a loyal customer! Picture below are all future birthday gifts for July and September. Thank you Gossby!
I got this for my daughter for her birthday and could not wait to give it to her! It turned out better than I expected! She LOVES it! Nice quality and came fast. I had ordered the wrong size at first but customer service was very helpful!

If you are ordering one of their own items. Hopefully you did everything right. You might be fine. However, what ever you do...DO NOT order anything that is slightly pop culture. No Zelda. No GoT. No Dragonball...because if you have a problem you CANNOT re-order it...know why? They remove those items within days and you will never see it again. Don't bother with Customer Service. You will just waste a week of your life to have them tell you exactly what you told them: The Item isn't on their site so you cannot re-order. Oh, they will give you a 20% discount (excluding shipping) only to downgrade it two days later to 15% (excluding shipping, of course). Take it from me, they WILL NOT use your previous info to reprint it either. You are just SOL. They will not help in any reasonable manner. It's all lip service for a shirt that has a neat design they could not bother centering.

I placed my 1st order just before Christmas. I was very happy to have found this company. One of the great things about it to me, was being able to view what the product would look like. Being able to order something so personal meant alot to me. Long story short, I placed 2 more orders for Christmas, within 2 days of my 1st order. The products all were received several days earlier than they said, which worked out perfect. I absolutely love my canvas and my family members loved each of their items. I definitely would recommend this 5 star company. I'll be purchasing from them again in the future.

UPDATE: I originally posted the following negative review, and have since been offered a refund by the company after some discussion. They should be given credit for good customer service.
I ordered a personalized mask and was extremely disappointed. You'll see by the photo that the mask has a poorly thought out design, and has big gaps on each side. Not much good to keep germs in or out! Elastic is tacked on the 4 corners, instead of in a casing that gathers like it should be. I have an average size head, and haven't had a problem with other face masks I've ordered. The mask was expensive and I took a long time to get it. Contacted Gossby's customer service who would not take the mask back or issue a refund, citing that it's a custom product. The design is not good and they should take it back. Refunding the cost of the mask is a whole lot cheaper than a bad review and lost future customer.
The website was easy to navigate. My order was accurate and did not take long to get to me at all! The mugs are beautiful. I do wish that when choosing a certain template as far as the saying part that you can choose clothing type or body type differently instead of only being able to choose shirt colors that accompany that specific template.

I ordered on December 14,2022 for a Christmas gift and I have still not received my order on January 9,2023! I have tried tracking and it gave no information except that it was shipped weeks ago. Then on 1/7 it said it would arrive today. I ordered from them before and had no problem.

I ordered 3 mugs for myself and my two sisters. I love that i was able to customize them with different hairstyles and colors, plus options for clothing and drinks. It probably took 3-4 weeks to receive them, but since they were customized items I didn't think that was too bad. They were each packaged in their own styrofoam box and shipped together in a mailing bag. I would definitely recommend this company for custom gift ideas.
Yes when I received my ring, I fell in love with it right away. However, wearing it for 2 days the stone fell out. I contacted the merchant and did not hear back from them. So right now I am in limbo about what they are going to do.
Also you can barely see the name engraved in it.

I purchased a mug and it turned up smashed. I have been trying to get hold of the company via email, facebook and their chat function on the website and no one is replying to me. This is really poor customer service, I just want a refund or to speak with someone
Mugs ordered were promised by 23 rd December but haven't arrived by Christmas. Worst of all is that I tried to communicate with their online chat service and they ignored every message. So currently I'm down 25 euros and have mugs.
Ordered Christmas tree ornament and 5 months later still not received! Yet I kept getting requests to buy discounted items before deals are gone. What a joke. Money is tight already for a scam company to steal it! Buyers beware!

My "old" friends of 45 years loved the personalized cup! We 3 all have birthdays within 3 weeks in April so we do a joint celebration. Only disappointment was that 1 of the 3 had the lettering a bit crooked, but I kept that one for myself. Nice quality. No cleaning directions, but I presume it's not dishwasher safe lest the pictures & lettering wear off. Sorry the pic is crooked; I took it 3 times & upload sideways every time:-(

Ordered something from this company on Oct. 31. Two weeks went by without any notification on my purchase. I had to contact them myself via phone call to get the status of my purchase to which they responded "They were having difficulties with some of the manufacturing process." Another week goes by ( Nov. 18th), I contact them a second time to which they responded "We will get this taken care of for you." The only thing the guy did was create a packaging label which only shows the tracking but when you look at the tracking the package still hasn't arrived at the USPS facility. It's November 27...and I still have yet to receive my items...this is not quality service. HEED MY WARNING! DO NOT order from this company.

I had a problem with my order and wrote them just minutes after the order was placed to edit it, they answered 2 days later saying "sorry but you have to contact us in the 12 hours following the purchase if you want to edit your order - which I did - and we had high chat volume so now it's too late please be comprehensive". So now it's my problem that Gossby doesn't hire enough agents? Makes sense.
I ordered a personalized coffee mug for my sister and a matching one for myself. I LOVED all the detailed options to choose from. They arrived rather quickly, packaged well and exactly what I expected! They are adorable and just perfect! I will absolutely order from them again. I recommend this store!

Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
