I booked a tee time with my gift card. But I found it strange that it only processed the 3$ reservation on the gift card and said that I had to pay the remaining 59$ at the golf course. When I called their hotline (in India), they said that the gift card can ONLY be used on "hot deals" - something that is not written on the gift card (see attached Terms and conditions) or anywhere on the website. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND A SCAM!
You are just lucky that I don't have time to chase you guys for this $100 gift card that I received from great friends. So if anyone reads this, don't give them 1$!

This website is a scam they create fake tee times and take your money. The tee times they put up aren't real. Arrowhead golf course only has tee times by 8 minutes 12:32 and 12:40. They are advertising a 12:36 that isn't real. Don't get scammed.

No refund or credit to my account. Worst Customer Service. I will never use this site again, and will inform everyone I know not to use this site. GolfNow sucks...

This is the worst company ever schedule a Golf tee time through the double charge me and they're not willing to do anything to help me out

Unfair booking practices. Went on Otter Creek website and it doesn't specify that you are booking through golf now. Called to have booking charge explained - foreign customer service department - nothing they can do.

As a long term member of GolfNow and Golfpass, I tried to use my gift cards in the last reservation I made. They were showing the credit of $150 in my account but instead they still charged my CC for this transition. I contacted them and they said in order to use the gift cards, I need to enter the 19 digits plus the Pin# every time. This is so cumbersome when I try to make reservation via my smart phone. Actually it is ridicules. I will advise my kids to stay away from buying gift cards from them.

Booked a tee time for August 10th, due to weather had to cancel. Cancelled well outside the 24 hour notice policy. Tried to call Customer Service, placed on hold, never talking to anyone. No refund or credit to my account. Poor Customer Service. Never use this site again. Wants proof of purchase uploaded. Not happening due to privacy. They have all the records.

Have called several times and keep getting put on hold for over an hour and getting no response, this site is awful and they don't answer their calls.

Golf now is garbage, their system accepts my tee time to book a golf course at 8am on a Tuesday Evening. I get to the golf course Saturday and find out Golf now was wrong and shouldnt have booked me on this course. The course cancelled and told golf now and golf now send me an email 14hrs before my tee time that I didn't see of course. So a waste of a day and I had to drive 45 mins to get to that course. Now there is no where else I can play. They should have text me the information and their system shouldn't make those types of mistakes. Golf now didnt compensate me no type of way. They only credited my 2.65 fee which is garbage for wasting my Saturday. Do NOT USE GOLF NOW. USE TEETIME.COM OR ANY OF THE OTHER SITES. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE WITH GOLF NOW. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Booked Cape Cownwall course for Friday, the app automatically Booked it for a day in advance. Once I saw the email a few minutes later I cancelled. No money back as it was within 24 hours. Absolutely disgusting company. Just avoid

Got on golf now to reserve a round for 4 people on Wednesday for a Friday round. Made a mistake and picked today and reserved it. I immediately went on to cancel and reserve the correct course but they told me i was not going to get a refund because it wasn't in the 24 hour before the round window. It was impossible to cancel 24 hrs ahead seeing i accidentally made the tee time for today. So instead of giving me my money back they gave me golf now credit. I didnt want credit, i wanted my cash back. Thats not their policy. Im very unhappy with the way it was handled.

Booked tee time at Huron meadows did not even know it used golfnow. Mandatory credit card payment though.
To get refund, it required 24 hour notice. Fine. But this includes if the weather is bad.
The weather looked iffy so I had to cancel.
Then, I could not just call golf course to cancel like how I booked. I had to call golfnow.

30 minute hold. Then they had to call golf course for permission even though I was more than 24 hours notice.

Horrible experience.

We recently booked to play Rawiga Golf Club in Seville Ohio on their website and were unknowingly directed to GolfScam's website for the reservation. As anyone who has used GolfScams' service for a first time, probably unknowingly, they charge a fee on top of the golf courses greens fee. We started to play and on the 4th hole it started to pour rain so we went in to get a rain check. The staff at Rawiga said we needed to call GolfScam to get our rain check because we booked it through them, look up passing the buck 101 and you'll see a picture of the staff from Rawiga. After calling GolfScam and being on the phone with somebody whose first language was obviously not English for 16 minutes, they agreed to give us a refund of prepare yourself for this amount a whopping $2. I'm surprised GolfScam has a rating of 1.28 stars that seems awfully high for them. Buyer beware!

Customer service is not inclined to provide solutions or a refund. I had a round canceled because of bad weather and have been unable to rebook or get a refund. CS keeps giving you the runaround—horrible service. I will not be using this service again.

New points system unusable compared to old $10 credits. Dropping VIP Booked a course and I have points available and could not use them. Looks like VIP is discontinued.

Todays Muppet show stared a starter that has no idea how to speak to guests. When I arrived I said hello he said hello back. When later I approached an said I didn't have a tee time he exclaimed "that's going to be a problem". Here's the thing we had bad interactions with this same person earlier in the season and he clearly still has no idea how to work with members or guests. What he should have said was no problem will get you out as soon as possible or there 3 groups in front of you let me see if anyone doesn't show and I'll put you in with them. Sadly the staff is the least of this courses problems. They aerated at the end of the year, they claim end of November. That's not a growing season and the holes calcified and to this date are still not healed. Traps are awful they feature rocks and a hard pan base so once you get past 1/2 inch of "sand" your club bounces. Truthfully this was my favorite course in all of NJ, now as a member I dread having to play here. My advice is spend your money on a course that cares to hire staff thats respectful and a course that does not let the ground crew dictate terms regarding start times and when they punch the greens. DO NOT PLAY HERE you will only be frustrated by your ball bouncing on the green when you put.

Stay far away from using this site to book any tee times as they have terrible unresponsive customer service and will not refund you for any modifications made to your tee time. I booked a round for for initially and had to pre pay which I was not excited about but regardless did anyways. 3 days prior I modified the tee time to 2 people instead as plans had changed and after reading their policy on refunds this was more than acceptable timeframe (24hours). However they never issued a refund and after reaching out to customer service they denied the refund request. I have now been scammed out of $100 so I will not be using this again in the future. Stay away! You've been warned!
