In a World Golf store looking for reasonable hybrids, found the PowerBilt EX-200 set for $299. Decided to look online and found the same clubs for $170 on this site, free shipping and no tax. Clubs arrived in two days from NC, perfectly packaged, exactly what I ordered. Would order from them again no problems.

This is poor customer service. I work in the customer service field and have now for 10 yrs and I know that 1 person may hear good customer service comments but 10 people will here negative customer service.

I stumbled across this site when I was looking for a new wedge. I found the club I wanted and it was sent to me within the week, can't ask for in a site. Also super easy to navigate through the products and find the model I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this to my golfing buds or anyone else who is wanting a hassle free no frills site.

This is poor customer service. I work in the customer service field and have now for 10 yrs and I know that 1 person may hear good customer service comments but 10 people will here negative customer service.

I ordered off this website and I had a very plesant experience. I called the number twice and got a nice lady on the phone. Being new to golfing I had rather a lot of questions. The lady could not answer all the questions but she asked me to email the rest of my queries to a more senior person at the site. I wrote an email and got a response in 2 days. I then proceeded to place an order and all in I was very happy with the service

Ordered a Sun Mountain V2 push cart from them online. Went smooth as can be. Got it in 4 days. No problems at all. Stand up company. Recommended.

The prices are good but the customer service lacks. Clubs I received were as expected, but one of the head covers was for a different club. I wrote the company an email from their website to exchange for the proper head cover and have not received any response at all. There is a lot of competition out there, customer service sets the good ones apart from the average ones. Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I had expected better customer service to remedy a shipping error. Guess they don't care.
