I'm thinking about the order I had some few weeks back. I got the caramel cake from Savannah's Candy Kitchen and it was so wonderful that I'm ordering this same thing for a gift. Mine was packed very well and arrived on time.
My delicious pie arrived in Kansas City from The Little Pie Company in New York City. Packaged beautifully. Kept me informed when sent, when expected and when delivered. Yum! I rarely eat sugar but this is a great escape for these tough times.
It came quickly after the order was fulfilled by the store and they did their part. But, it took them or who ever quite a while to pack the pizzas. But, I've re-ordered already so that means something great happened. Pick up, transportation and delivery was excellent.
I personally dont like fruit cake, ordered for my father. He absolutely loved it, kept saying best ever had & so moist. I even tried one piece & have to agree it was delicious. Shipped & arrived on date I selected. Cant ask for anymore from them.
The site was easy to use and had a great selection. I love that you can order from around the world! Only reason it's not a 10 is because shipping basically doubled the cost, which I don't particularly mind (it is perishable & shipping from Paris), however many of my friends do not have the budget to afford that. Still, overall I'm very happy with it and see myself ordering from you guys again!
Ordered a small wedding cake. They packed it so poorly that the cake was a disaster. ZERO CS and response! Don't use their service! Read their shipping policy-they aren't responsible for spoiled food.
The burgers were a hit with the family I gave them to. Now they want to know where I got them from. They didn't believe I flew to San Diego and back. I'm a baker but Parkinson's and other ailments have slowed me down to nothing. I was looking for a Date Cake for my birthday my mom made one for me every year until she passed. I didn't find it. Found other stuff I will use for gifting. It's going to be hard to let my secret out. I'm hopeful to make another order before I undergo surgery again.
Impressed with how secure the cakes were packaged. Delivered on time. They were delicious. My daughter has always been a fan and wanted to try one of Carlo's bakery fantastic desserts. Everything i have ordered has arrived in pristine condition. Even cakes come out of their boxes with frosting intact and delicious. Such a wonderful treat for ourselves and everyone i have shipped to.

My sister was visiting over night. They were delivered in time for our evening tea. We ate them again with our morning tea. Fresh, nicely presented and so good.
Excellent customer help when I called your 800 number. I also heard back from the recipients of my orders that they arrived on time, the brownies and cookies were delicious, and the message card was very well done.

How about a 15... or a 20? I am thrilled that we were able to have H&H Bagels for our Christmas celebration in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA. Fabulously packed to protect them, they all were delicious and enjoyed by all!
My son bought New York bagels and paid for overnight shipping so they would arrive on Father's Day. The package arrived the following Sunday. The perishable food was spoiled and the company would not refund the money. We are not interested in a credit from a lousy service firm. Don't use the if you're order is important.
