My order arrived on time as scheduled, however, half of the order was missing. I've ordered from here several times without any issue but this time it really screwed up a holiday gift. I was really disappointed.
Only two of three items were received. The third package went missing and was never delivered. Tried to contact your customer support through both email and telephone without any luck. Your customer support needs some serious help.
We ordered a Blueberry Pie for my Brother & Sister-in-law in South Dakota. The pie arrived in perfect condition, a good size & absolutely delicious! I was so happy! Will definitely use gold belly again! Thank you
Cookies arrived extremely fast. Package in a lovely box and cookies were individually wrapped. Cookies were beyond delicious. Not only did everyone enjoy them, they said it reminded them of home. I will definitely order again. Thanks
The packaging was amazing. So I must say these cakes were for my kids birthdays. So I had a bunch of deliveries coming for around this time. When this particular one came the box was thrown down before I had the chance to see "Perishable" I was so nervous that the cakes would be destroyed. Upon opening the boxes I was amazed to find both cakes intact surrounded by dry ice and packaged so neatly, where it was virtually impossible for the cakes to even slide during transport! Nothing short of amazing! Gold belly this was my first but definitely not my last time ordering. We had the red velvet and vanilla confetti cakes. I Received them Friday as expected and the birthday was Monday I froze them until Sunday. Then refrigerated. Took them out 3 hours before just as instructed it was great! Thanks again!
Order a yule log from Sweeties and it was the smallest and ugliest cake I've ever seen, nothing near what was advertised. The cake did not survive shipping, it was a mess. There were minimal decorations; no leaves or poinsettias. My advice, go to a local bakery and save a fortune and enjoy a beautiful dessert.
What an amazing meal! My lobster roll kit for two arrived in time for lunch at work. It didn't look like it would be enough but boy was I glad to be wrong! The lobster tasted so fresh, soft and sweet. It was packaged well and included detailed instructions for assembly. FedEx notification to track the shipment was also very helpful.
Tracking overall is pretty good despite current pandemic. Packages being late is the new normal but knowing where a package is allows for better transparency and planning. No broken packages is also amazingly awesome. The boxes seem to be packed properly. This also solves the whole issue of refunds since no broken products equals no need for a refund to begin with. A lot of packages have the written instructions included. This helps the electronically challenged like my sister for example. Overall, for a high end food service, I'm very happy and appreciative for the opportunity, and my sister loves it too.

These 2 deliveries were to raise the spirits of my girls & both were thrilled & both said they were delicious! I asked a question on one delivery & Shelby could not have been kinder! Can't ask for more than that!
Food came when advertised and it was absolutely delicious. Cooking instructions were dead on. It's amazing to be able to have these childhood comfort food tastes in a house in a different state in the middle of a pandemic. You're doing god's work over there!
Delivery was amazing And on time. Top Sail made sure I got dinner before the delivery set date so we get it on time for my sons 21 birthday. Gold belly has amazing options and I'm a fan, have passed the site along to friends
The options and the pictures are absolutely mind-blowing. Talk about needing a midnight fix for a craving. If you don't live in a city like New York which I live near but not in you can get very frustrated because they're just certain foods and specialties that if you can't get it nothing comes close well gold valley has solved that problem. Not only that there are certain things I love that are actually made better outside the New York area so now it's like yay.

Key Lime pie arrived in Texas exactly on time and in perfect condition. Our nephew was SO appreciative! He also said it tasted delicious and was the real deal he can't find there. Apparently, his area serves the fake green kind.
Everything went well once I realized the notification went to my junk email folder. The experience of mailing permissable food during a heat wave that touched most of the country was surprising. Plan to do this again for another family gathering.
Delivered in a really secure container. I was able to heat up the sandwiches so that they were very good, as close to fresh from the restaurant you could ask for considering they were Philly steaks opened and consumed in SoCal

Totally agree with first reviewer and had similar experience. Food arrived at room temperature (must be refrigerated), and was offered another shipment plus a 10 dollar coupon. Same thing with second shipment, insufficient packaging and food again arrived at room temperature. Then the coupon expired after just 72 hours, and now no response from company. Be very careful, customer service is extremely poor.
