After I entered the wrong shipping address Shelby from their customer care team returned my email within hours and corrected the address to the proper one for me. No waiting on hold, no fuss, just amazing customer service! So thankful to them for that and love the fun gifts that can be delivered! So much better than a boring gift basket. They have a return customer for life.

My order came with most of the dry ice melted. The pizza crust was crumbly and tasted a bit rancid. I contacted customer service and they agreed to send me two more. How could anyone ask for more? This was my first order. It won't be my last.

I had ordered an item, received the wrong item, an expensive item, btw (for me). Frustrating, but feeling a little silly complaining during our current global situation. Yet, GB took care of the situation, and all is good. Everyone out there, stay safe and healthy, and eat well.

Bought 200 oysters for $300, what a waste of $300 good dollars. The oysters were small quarter sized and hardly worth the effort to open and eat. The oysters had almost no flavor. I got several handfuls of oysters for the money, total rip off...

Never again will I buy from this company!

Everything. E-mail updates were helpful -- not too many not too few. Order arrived as expected. The delivery person had the good sense to put the box OUT OF VIEW of the street (thank you!)... Amazon often props them up against our door in full view, which then helps people steal them!

Package arrived within 3 days of order.(PA to AZ) This was a Mother's Day gift and my Mom, a Pennsylvania "expat", was thrilled to have some of her favorite PA foods shipped to her door. Everything arrived fresh and in perfect condition. Great job! We'll definitely be using your services again.

These bagels taste like real New York bagels! They are delicious, appropriately chewy and arrived freshly packaged and right on time. I will definitely order again (in fact, this is my second order in a month!)

Food delivered with very minimal loss, live and healthy (clams and muscles). The salmon and halibut smelled like they came from the ocean only days ago. Being in Nebraska, I can't find anything like this experience.

I had ordered bagels for a surprise for my wife. They arrived very fresh and individually wrapped [some were in sets of 2] so we didn't need to do anything but leave a few out to enjoy and put the rest in the freezer!
