Goldah failed to give me my MT on MyTeam, but we're happy to take my money! Despite countless emails and message requests on their socials I cannot get a response of any nature. They even still send me promo codes, disgusting, will never be using this service again.
Where the hell do I begin? When you go to the page to buy your game coins you'll see the most amazing review's written by themselves. Took my money really fast with the promise if in-game delivery. Four days later I'm contacting the help chat. Only to find out they're out of stock. Not only out of stock, but out of stock even when they took my order and payment! It's already been over a week and a half. Keep getting the same bull$#*!. We'll email you when we get it. I just had it and told them you accepted an transaction of funds for items that you never had. That's illegal. I'll never buy from here again!
I want to start off by saying that some of the other 1-star reviews are not fair. On the website it says that EA or whatever game you're playing may ban your account. Be careful, at buy at your own risk. Personally, this hasn't happened to me. Besides this, the service is fast. The customer service is pretty good too. Although, if you order coins in large very large amounts, it could take a couple hours for the coins to be delivered. Hope this review helps!
Paid 25 USD for coins. Received an email that they completed my order which was not the case. Used their chat option to explain but they claimed they bought my item. I showed them he screenshots with hard evidence that my item was still on my transferlist but they kept claiming they bought my item. I accept I lost some money but I will share to warn others. Do NOT use Goldah. They are scammers.
I have paid close to £100 for a points account, that when I finally got on, was locked. Tried to get a refund, however the evidence I produced apparently wasn't received. Absolutely $#*!ing fuming! Don't get scammed like me and risk your hard earned cash!
They are a team of thieves do not buy anything from them I bought three players of them for fifa 17 at night and the other day my account of the fifa was clean saying that someone from the china had advised my account
They claimed to deliver an order but 100% did not. Scamed of over $100. Their responses were short and frankly quite rude. aoeah.com is their new site as they have killed their reputation and payment companies are refusing to do business with them. So stay away from aoeah.com as well.
Don't even bother wasting your time scrolling through this website, I paid for some coins I did receive them on my accaount however my account got banned for a little while and once I was able to use it again everything was wiped, so fuming right now and it's all thanks to this $#*!ty website, $#*! you
We totally got our wires crossed. The player did finally arrive, it just seemed strange that the coins were placed in my account and then taken. But all fine now. Maybe you just have to be a bit more patient with Goldah.
They have held about 1 thousand dollars hostage for almost a month now. Obviously no support. I THOUGHT it was a legit site bc the first few orders went fine. Nope I'm still waiting for my order! That was 1/18/16 it's now 2/9/16
Don't even bother with them - EVER! They will take your money, promise you everything, direct you to an address to collect your information (which was all in Chinese for us) and not give you anything. And forget about live chat! If I could give a minus mark I would. My poor son used his Christmas money too. They need shutting down
It was great the first time I bought coins, got them straight after however yesterday I wanted to buy coins for the Lunar packs and unfortunately they still have not come through after a day! Please fix this Goldah.
Don't buy from there it's like Chinese whispers they sent me the wrong details for the account blocked my email and in live chat make up some bs about 4 hour service only, oh and Jerry in live chat is useless!

They say if you transfer it in 2 hours to your account you should be fine. I Bought some NBA 2k17 VC, they took my money and nothing was given to me? Not reliable at all. Their Live Chat is so slow as well. Their Telephone number does not work. They take forever to email back
At first I had my doubts because their website is written in very poor English and their so-called 'livechat' is just an automated computer which doesn't answer to your question and closes the chat after 5 minutes.
After seeing their very low prices (they're like 50% cheaper than the site I used to buy from) I decided to give it a try though.
They support a lot of payment method, big +1 on that.
Paid, entered my player's details and waited. I only had to wait for 20-30 minutes and I got the 1.000.000 coins I ordered. Looking at the fact that the web app/transfer market is down, that's a pretty fast delivery. Overall I'm satisfied. Poor customer service, poor website, but good prices and delivery speeds.
So if you're looking for the cheapest price and a fairly fast delivery, buy from Goldah. If you're looking for good customer service, then don't. I guess if you're having problems they can't be solved because there livechat. Is no livechat.
