Goldah

After buying 3m coins for NBA live, goldah sent me an email saying they couldn't find my player to purchase. They then asked for a screen shot of it. I sent it and they sent me an email saying they bought a completely different player from someone else. I emailed and live chatted and called them and disputed it on Paypal and they just keep saying I asked them to buy this random player I don't own. It's crazy because I have a proven paper trail from my email screenshot I sent that I asked for a very different player to be bought. They just keep saying I asked for this random other player to be bought when I have proven I didn't ask for it! Ludricrous. They keep saying the same thing - one sentence - the order is complete.

It's a scam and they ripped me off and they have intentionally stolen my money. Corrupt company that I will pursue until justice.

My son bought FIFA points online they sent email logged into this email on play station and no points just wish we had read reviews before purchasing - saddest part of it is he bought these FIFA points with his Xmas money and has nothing to show for it - emailed company with order number and details they sent us in email they replied by saying "your order has been submitted so can't return your money" - now can't send email as obviously blocked my email address - never buy from this company they must make millions from people ordering online and taking there money but not sending anything to them - all I can say is this is ONE BIG SCAM!

After using so many different coin and account selling sites over these years i thought i would give Goldah a try... NEVER AGAIN! I bought an account that ended up having nothing on it and then was told i'm not being refunded or reimbursed!

Please beware of buying from these guys.

Oh and i was impressed with the customer service live chat too *SARCASM INTENDED* where i was told 'It is your fault' and then just cut off from the chat, did make me lol to be fair.

Sites like this need to start logging IP addresses and ban multiple reviews from the same area. EVERY SINGLE ONE of the 5 star reviews has been made by Goldah. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will take your payment info and money and you will NEVER receive what you payed for. SCAM!

First of all, people need to stop being so oblivious on how to avoid bad transactions. I've dealt with great transactions from Goldah, and also bad, from the bad experiences I've learned a trick or two. For one the live chat is not fake, I've actually gotten through with people and spoken to people on it, now when they're not available or away on vacation - and customers are not getting their transactions, a line of people fill up the chat service to complain and seek help, which is where the QUEUE comes into play, and seeing as no representative is there to answer the queue never moves, unless people leave it. That's an issue I've dealt with. I've also dealt with an issue ONCE, over my multiple purchases, where they were out of stock of my product - so I've learned to open a chat before making any purchases from now on to see if they're in stock and also if they're even available to deliver the goods. Also, because of the one time they were out of stock, I opened a claim for a refund via Paypal and got my refund, checked my bank account regularly and a couple of days later it appeared back into my account, so either people didn't wait long enough to see the refund or they just have terrible luck. The rest of my multiple purchases aside from that one have been professional and fast. Before you buy take my tips into consideration, open a chat and make sure they're there/your product is in stock, it'll save you a headache and a bad review.
