These sandals are everything a must have I'm so glad I ordered them get yours you won't regret it runs true to size also

Horrible customer service and cheap clothing. GoJane has one waaaay downhill sending damaged clothing, cheap fabric, irregular and wrong sizing, items do not match pic or description or pictures. "Customer Service" refuses to help and gives you a runaround. BEWARE LADIES THEIR CLOTHING IS JUNK NOW AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MATCHES.

The styles are Amazing. I get stares and compliments everywhere I go!

Said free shipping for Labor Day Weekend and I was charged for shipping, emailed and called them about the charge, item was still shipped out and was told it was only free on Friday and Monday but not the day I ordered on Saturday. And hung-up VERY RUDE! Will never refer or order from them again

I've ordered a pair of sandals on July 11th & it is now August 26th and have yet to receive my package. I sent an email about not receiving my order, and they simply apologized and said they're going to work on tracking my order down because the computer says that I received my purchase... LIES! They know they never sent my merchandise... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Never have I regret it using this site. The standard shipping is within 5-7 days for real and the shoes and clothes are awesome quality. Love this site!

I purchased a few items and was a little skeptical because the prices were so reasonable but everything was perfect. Sizes were true and the quality was good. I'll definitely shop their site again!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Save your money or order from someone different. I ordered a dress, they took the money and haven't heard a word from them nor did I receive the dress.

I actually like GoJane, but I usually don't have to return something. They won't pay for shipping to return the item. They will send the new item out for free, but they also won't honor any coupons or codes with the exchange, EVEN IF IT'S ALREADY APPLIED ON THE WEBSITE. It's unlikely I will order from them again after this. I don't know many places that will make you pay to return an item that doesn't fit.

The boots are just like in the picture on your website. I like that most shoes comes in different colors. The order came quick too. I will order from GoJane again for sure.

None of go Janes shoes are true to size. I usually wear a size 9 1/2 and I bought a shoe in size 10 and another in an 11 just to be safe and they were both wayyyyy to small. So disappointed because they were super cute shoes. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
