I usually did not have any problems with them but I have had to return damaged merchandise to ups which takes time and gas. Then I had less than ten days to get the item back to ups. They need to check merchandise before they send it out. It's not fair to order merchandise and receive broken earrings and marked up shoes, and this happened to me more than once. I mean everyone is entitled to one or two mistakes BUT THEY ARE STARTING TO ADD UP THAT IS WHY I SAY GO JANE NEEDS TO CHANGE OR GO AWAY!
