When I called to discuss my order, the sales rep sounded sincere. He assured me I would have my order within 2 weeks. After multiple lies - at least 3 - I called the sales manager. Oh my gosh - he was absolutely the most arrogant, rude and haughty person I've ever dealt with when I had a problem with an online order. No one else even comes close to his horrible attitude. After many calls and emails, 4 weeks and 1 day later, I finally received my order.
I don't typically write reviews, but the customer service was so poor I had to write. If I write every bit of my experience you won't read it. Basically, just remember that this place will not deliver when they say: they will not return calls: you will be on hold for more than 30 minutes before anyone speaks to you and then they get "disconnected" several times so you have to call back. The prices aren't that great and the service makes you want to run. I had to cancel my order for appliances after THREE MONTHS of waiting and lies! You have been warned!
I love my mirrors! The only reason I am deducting 1 star is because I think that the packing for shipment of these mirrors is insufficient. My original order was 2 mirrors and one arrived broken. Packed in one layer of bubble wrap with corner protectors. Customer service did a great job at getting me a new mirror, but still a delay for me. Perhaps the packing could be sturdier to protect a shipment of this sort.
The chair came well packaged and looks beautiful in the room. The delivery people were very nice. The delivery did not arrive as scheduled. The truck driver called and said they were 3 hours early! I had to leave my husbands hospital room and come home to receive the chair. Dont give customers a window of time, then expect them to be there at an unscheduled time!
The ordering was fast and W/D arrived on time, BUT we had it hooked up and started a short cycle and it made the worst noise you can imagine, it sounded like something broken in the motor or pump and the installer and us all jumped up to shut it off. I called in a repair ticket to the number on the product papers and they were to call me today, which they did not. I will call tomorrow or Monday as we need this fixed asap.
We ordered a Bosch dishwasher from them on November 30,2020 and paid for it in full on December 1,2020. As of today, September 15,2021 we have no dishwasher. Despite multiple calls with them (more than monthly) I would receive reassuring news that it was just delayed and that I would hear something in x weeks. On July 12,2021 I was finally told that the product had drop shipped and I would hear something from the delivery service in 1-2 weeks. Further calls with customer service were not fruitful and finally when I called again today and was told that the product would be with the delivery company in another week (same old story), I finally told them that they were not reputable and their business model of not having inventory was leading them to lie to the customer! I cancelled the order and have ordered a different Bosch dishwasher that the Bosch site says is available. I will never order another product from this company and hopefully you will reconsider using them. Order from someone who has it in stock. It would have been better if they had just told me the truth and offered for me to order a product that was available instead of stringing me along for nine months. Bad business!
Ordered sofa 10/28/2020. Understood that it would be over 4 weeks before delivery. At 4 weeks (11/24/20) called for status. One hold 53 minutes. Was told it is estimated at 2 more weeks, which is now. On 11/24/20 the website indicated that more were arriving in the warehouse between 11/28 and 12/2. Obviously, I did not benefit from that restock as I have not received my sofa. I tried to call customer service but was on hold for precisely two hours without anyone responding. The website now indicates that stock will be back in on 1/20/2021. 6 weeks is not acceptable, 90 days is certainly not acceptable. There is was nothing to indicate they were out or low on stock when I purchased. Avoid this company at all costs. Impossible to speak with someone. Had to file a claim with PayPal.
I bought a dresser from Goedeker's and the dresser was as expected but it took about a month to receive my order. I am thankful that I didn't need it any sooner because I would have been very disappointed. If you are thinking about buying from this company and can wait that long then go ahead, if not then look elsewhere.
Great couch at a fantastic price. Only complaint was the lack of communication regarding delivery. I wasnt informed until I emailed and called customer service. Once I did, my couch was delivered within two days.
This company hires some of the worst delivery companies in the world. They gave me a window of 4 to 8 p.m. and showed up at 10:15 at night. They left a mess everywhere and nearly broke the refrigerator and damage the floor. I would not recommend ever buying from this company buyer beware you get what you pay for
Recently switched an all electric range to a dual fuel KitchenAid Range from Goedeker's. Their online service is top notch. The delivery was fast as lightning. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with for an online retailer. Any questions that I had before, during and after the appliance's arrival, any customer service representative I spoke with took all of the time I needed to fully answer my questions. Top Notch!

12 weeks ago I purchased a dishwasher. I received two communications. One was an auto purchase email, the second was in response to my request for some follow-up communication about my order. They said it could take up to 12-weeks. During that time, not once did they send me an update of any kind. Like sorry, this is taking so long, we are in communications with the manufacturer. Or, sorry, due to covid we are experiencing delays, we will continue to monitor and keep you updated. Or, how about this one, it looks like 12 weeks have passed and we apologize for not delivering your products as we said we would. I am getting a refund and spreading the word as much as I can to NOT buy from this company, they obviously do not know how to do what they are promising they can do: sell online and ship you the product you ordered and keep you up to date along the way.
Don't expect any help from customer service. I received this range hood damaged. It is obvious from this picture that it has been damaged for quite some time. The rivet holes are dirty and rusted. This didn't happen during shipping to me. They are refusing to replace this item! They are hiding behind a policy that since I was unable to leave work to accept this item at my home and had it shipped to another site they are not responsible. This item was obviously damaged long before it was shipped to me and I am having to carry the burden of this damage. I have bought three other appliances online for this remodel and none of the other companies would have ever denied this as damaged. I would never use this company again, and I hope that you don't risk it.
My washer and pedestal arrived well-packaged and undamaged. The price I received was much lower than local stores and no sales tax and free shipping were icing on the cake. I'll shop Goedeker's again when the need arises.
We found Goedeker's online when we were searching for a great deal on washer/dryer set. We were impressed with their philosophy and wanted to support a Christ based business. Also got an amazing deal, fast delivery and no sales tax. Extremely pleased. Thank you Goedeker's.
Saved some money. Site said ship usually 1 to 2 weeks waited 2 1/2 then emailed inquiry. Afterwords started getting communication on expected time in warehouse and delivery info. I would use them again, but knowing now not to be in hurry.
Do your homework! Ordered a whole house of appliances had an error on one component which was an order entry issue. Goedeckers customer service department is designed to divert responsibility and wear you out. No follow up even when escalated to ownership. Don't believe the claims of good service! Spend your money where you know that you will be taken care of after the sale.
I have purchased a floor lamp that was delivered well packed and now stands in our living room. Must say that they offer a huuuge variety of products. We will definitely visit them again and not once.
We called on 8/19 before placing a large appliance order and were told that we would ha e them in a couple weeks. Our credit card was charged immediately. We kept gettng different information and delays about when we would get the order. Customer service never follows up like they say they will. We kept being told our order was in Transit. Now the delivery company calls every 2 hours with dumb questions like of our front step is 17" and how wide our door is. It is Sept 20 and still no delivery. Bottom line, spend a little more money and shop somewhere else where you'll get good service.
