Be warned if you buy something from this people and try to return it. I purchased a set of stools which were about 300.00. They clearly stated "free shipping" and 30 days full refund on the invoice. After several calls to obtain a return authorization I finally sent the stools back (almost unopened - since I just didn't like the color). They proceeded to refund me only 240.00 and deducted 60.00 for shipping! I paid the return shipping which cost me 55.00. They now state they only refund the original price minus and of their shipping cost. If that's the case don't offer "free shipping". So in short I lost 55.00 + 60.00 = 105.00 for ordering something I didn't keep. Never again. This is why people shop local!
I will never buy anything from Goedeker's again. Customer service was atrocious, and it took too many phone calls and e-mails to count to get my purchased items delivered. They lied to me about delivery dates and the shipping process. Terrible experience, especially with e-mail support, who never even attempted to answer my questions and just responded with a brief, generic response. Avoid like the plague!
Do not order from this company. They may deliver your product but they will not help whatsoever if you have any issues. I received a bed frame with a broken piece and haven't heard back after 3 emails, multiple calls on hold, and a month later. Not worth whatever you may be buying to deal with the stress of absolutely no customer service. What a disappointment.
As with many, a very bad experience. Not checking earlier for any reviews is my problem. I ordered an icemaker in May and have had to email and call constantly to get any kind of status. It's September and still no clear idea of when it will arrive. The only hopeful status update was in my online order that the item was finally at Goedeker's and was finally awaiting shipping. 2 weeks later, no update so I called once again. They said item was damaged and so another had to be ordered which would take another 3 weeks. I would recommend being very aware of what you are considering when ordering from Goedeker's. The prices are attractive and they continue to run deals but it all does not matter if you have to fight to get your product.
The item arrived a lot longer than what the site says. I am satisfied with the TV stand, it is very nice. We did have a small part that was cracked, they said they took care of it... supposed to get here no later than 3 more days... we will see. Customer Service was pretty nice.
I ordered the solid pine platform bed for my son for an incredible price! Almost too good to be true! It took about 3 weeks to receive in Texas due to northern winter weather complications but once we received the bed it took less than an hr to put together & is extremely sturdy! We couldnt be happier or more satisfied with our purchase! Thank you!
I received excellent service a few years ago when I bought a clothes washer and dryer from Goedeker's. Now we are renovating our kitchen. I performed extensive research to find the best deal for the five appliances I need and ended up saving over $700 compared to the closest competitor. The customer service I received was simply outstanding. I wanted a new double oven which they did not carry so I called them. Within 2 hours they had researched the oven and added it to their database. I was amazed to get that return call so quickly.
I am always nervous ordering over the Internet, especially when it is a multi thousand dollar order! However, I emailed the owner, Steve, and he personally responded to my request for clarification about a delivery issue. I can't tell you the last time I had the head of any company personally email me - on a Sunday no less! We ordered an entire kitchen full of appliances for our new home, and upon arrival the refrigerator was damaged. The folks at Goedeker's promptly re ordered the item, and we had it in our home in less than two weeks. Everyone, from the sales team to the customer service representatives were absolutely fabulous and we would highly recommend anyone to order from Goedeker's for their appliance needs. The pricing can't be beat, the quality is fabulous and the service behind it 100% - Kudos to Steve for running his business the way I would expect it to be done - This Internet transaction far exceeded my expectations. Love the items we purchased but both arrived damaged. Goedeker's was great in sending new items but communicating with multiple people made the whole process confusing. It took some calls but everything got shipped back that needed to, new items were sent and all is well. We've had the items for about a month now and are very pleased with the quality of our furniture. It's beautiful and worth the wait.

I placed my online order on March 25,2019. It is now April 15,2019 and my appliances are still not delivered, no one can tell me where they are, or when they will be delivered. I have called this company multiple times per week over the last two weeks. I never get the same person twice, the employees take their sweet time to get back to me, and sometimes they never call or email me back at all. I wish I had just ordered direct from the manufacturer, they would have been guaranteed delivery by the end of the week (in other words, less than 5 days to be delivered). I tried to cancel my Goedeker's order twice but they wanted to charge me over $700 for return shipping for just one of the five items I ordered. If the items were already shipped the same week I purchased them, then where are they?
Ordered an LG washer and Dryer. The delivery date kept changing and being pushed out. Finally I received a notice that the product ws no longer available and I needed to contact the store and make a different choice. I spent lots of time on the phone with the salesperson over many days getting this ordered and the deal worked out only to have it all fall apart weeks later. After finally reaching someone to discuss this with which was not easy, I was offered different products which cost MUCH more money with no offer to help with the cost or work on some options and they really didn't seem to care. Last email from them, Greg said he would call me on Thursday to work it out. Thursday passed, now Friday has passed and I have had it. I will be calling the owner tomorrow, Saturday. I do NOT like the feel of this at all. As a businessman close to retirement, I have developed a pretty good read on companies, this one so far scares me

I'm not typically inclined to write reviews but their customer service really is terrible. The onus is put on the customer way more than it should be. Especially for an appliance I had in my possession for less than 3 days when I made the first call to get it fixed or replaced.
This was the first time I placed an online order through Goedeker's. I had been looking for matching pub chairs for the square counter height kitchen table I had ordered through a different online merchant. I needed (8) chairs, so I was searching for the best deal possible, and found it through Goedeker's! I was able to order the chairs in sets of 2, and the price beat what I was even seeing on Amazon Prime! The items did take a little longer to receive because they were on back order, but Goedeker's kept me informed via email as to when I could expect delivery. Great experience... I will definitely include them in my go-to online vendors when looking for future deals. :)
I was surprised when looking at different sites for replacement pub chairs. Goedeker's-a company I never heard of offered the chairs with no shipping plus no sales tax. The best was the delivery was within days-coming from I thought MO is better than expected. The chairs were very easy to assemble and are very sturdy-replacing the wobbly ones, fearing for anyone over 100 lbs to use. Thank you. I have had a number of complements.
If you want real reviews on Goedeker's look on yelp about them. Lots of these consumer sites or unknown review sites, they have a paid marketer who they use to pay for those reviews. Buyers beware.
I bought a drawer from them. Came completely damaged and they refused to refund and replace. It went straight to the garbage and I lost $500 as a result. They need to be reported to the attorney general. Scam of a company and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.
I ordered 2 wing back upholstered hostess chairs online. I immediately received a confirmation email and continued to receive emails regarding the status of my order and shipment details. The chairs arrived quickly, were very well packaged, and of high quality. I have no qualms about recommending this seller.
They represented certain dates and times for delivery. Found them to not be very good communicating. Needed 3 appliances in weeks. Was sent a purported delivery date. Had we not called to learn it was "months" not week(s) they would have not informed us. Shameful experience as we were hoping they would help and pull through. Not the case at all. Lost valuable time and angry. Went to Credit Card Co to dispute and cancel order.
One of the best online experiences I have ever had. The process was very smooth. Any questions I had were immediately addressed by their sales and support staff. The price was the best price anywhere. The double-ovens arrived as scheduled in perfect condition. I will always buy my appliances from Goedeker's. Why would I want to pay more for something less?!
I purchased 2 medicine cabinets and one arrived with a broken mirror. After many attempts on my part to resolve this quickly, I found myself with unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls. Worst customer service experience and I do not recommend purchasing through this website.
