I will never buy anything from Goedeker's again. Customer service was atrocious, and it took too many phone calls and e-mails to count to get my purchased items delivered. They lied to me about delivery dates and the shipping process. Terrible experience, especially with e-mail support, who never even attempted to answer my questions and just responded with a brief, generic response. Avoid like the plague!

I was surprised when looking at different sites for replacement pub chairs. Goedeker's-a company I never heard of offered the chairs with no shipping plus no sales tax. The best was the delivery was within days-coming from I thought MO is better than expected. The chairs were very easy to assemble and are very sturdy-replacing the wobbly ones, fearing for anyone over 100 lbs to use. Thank you. I have had a number of complements.

While they may be cheaper, you pay for it in frustration and struggles. I wouldn't buy a light bulb from these guys again. Roughly 50 (yes 50) emails back and forth, 2 service calls, had to pay for repairs to a shipping damaged item out of pocket and hope they reimburse us along with not getting the services we paid for. Could not have been a worse experience if they made a dedicated effort to make it so. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone local and who can't hide behind email.

Almost 4 weeks after ordering An entire suite of appliances (5) we were told they would not deliver for free. It was an additional 250.00. By that time we lost the opportunity to take advantage of significant sales from other venders. It took an additional 5 weeks for the appliances to get close to our location and as the contractor were scheduled, in the end we had to rent a trailer and pick them up our selves.
Just dont believe all the claims. And they are completely unapologetic about the issues.

I wish I had come here prior to purchasing a major appliance from this retailer. They have a lot of advertising but their policies are extremely limiting and you wind up paying for it in the end.

We purchased a dishwasher only to have it go on sale the next day. A day after that we called and they stuck it to us and wouldn't honor their own sale price of $25 - we inquired about returning it - but then they threatened to withhold $300 in supposed shipping costs which was actually a completely b. S. made up amount to essentially prohibit a return.

Do NOT for one second believe their 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee - they could care less about your satisfaction (which I think all the rest of the 200 plus 1 star reviews up here indicate).

This company hides behind "God" but is incredibly dishonorable - you should stay away and don't make the same mistake I did.

Goedecker's had the best price for a Polk Audio S35 Center Channel. They also had free shipping and I received the speaker in less than a week. Outstanding!

I ordered three major appliances for a total kitchen renovation. I bought from Goedekers based on their 30 day shop with confidence guarantee and there was my mistake.
The dishwasher arrived staved in on the back upper left side and the seam was split causing leaking. I immediately called Goedekers and was told that if I sent photos that they would take care of it. I immediately sent the photos and two days later I sent am email asking for confirmation that they had received the photos.
I then received an email asking if I had the original packaging (I did) and then I was told that I had a 24 hour window to report the damage but that they would contact a repair company to fix the damage. Within 15 minutes the repair person had called and emailed to say they had told Goedekers over and over that they wont fix these issues.
Goedekers also told me that I could return the dishwasher but it would cost me $300 in return shipping and another $300in shipping for the replacement.

I have several times told Goedekers that this is a total renovation and even the photos show subfloor, no outlet covers etc.

BUYER BEWARE! I will NEVER EVER purchase from Goedekers again. I am out the purchase price, stuck with a leaking piece of junk, and have to buy another dishwasher!
