I am very pleased with Goedecker's! I shopped around for my appliances and am amazed by the money I saved. The delivery process was fast and simple. The range had a minor dent (where when put in place) you cannot notice. But they immediately credited me for the blemish. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Washer came in excellent shape, packaging had very little damage shipper took time to help unpack and examine washer transaction was smooth and washer is great

This is my first purchase from Goedekers but not my last. Quick delivery and ease of purchase, plus great prices.

Overall, a good buy, but no communication from you after I placed the order. I would have liked to have been better informed about the arrival date of the freezer.

Love this but wish it was sturdier, its a bit wobbly once loaded and I fear it wont last me as long as I hope but otherwise I love it.

I purchased a twin bed for my daughter and some items cane damaged. I called to get replacement parts and its been a month and still havent received anything. The customer service in the place is horrible. If I can give this place a -0 I would. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a company! Take my word DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Recently replaced my old dishwasher with a Bosch. Soooo glad I did. Much roomier than my previous one. Does a great job cleaning my dishes and is extremely quiet. Also, Goedeker's has always done a great job with every purchase Ive made with them. They have the best prices, tax free, and free delivery. Highly recommend.

Fast free shipping, no tax, outstanding prices! I will buy all my appliances here. The freight company also did their best to make sure that no damage happened during shipping.

Goedekers had the best price on the media cabinet I purchased and delivered it ahead of the promised time. The only issue I had was that I purchased the white glove delivery and the shipper did not have it indicated on their bill of lading so they would not completely unpack position in my home.

Got the item but they were out of stock and it took a couple weeks. Happy with product but would have liked to know up front.

Product price and quality was great but shipping was a terrible experience. Took a month to be delivered and it sat in the delivery warehouse an hour from my home for a week and a half.

I received the wrong nightstand and it took almost a month to get the correct one sent to me. As soon as they realized they sent me the wrong one, I think they shouldve sent me the correct nightstand but they made me wait almost a month for the vendor to first pick up the wrong nightstand in order to send the one I originally ordered!

I bought a dresser from Goedeker's and the dresser was as expected but it took about a month to receive my order. I am thankful that I didn't need it any sooner because I would have been very disappointed. If you are thinking about buying from this company and can wait that long then go ahead, if not then look elsewhere.

Nothing special, delivered as they were paid to do. Service as expected, and now my rating is going down because I have to type 100 characters.

Love this shelf. Assembly didn't take too long. Perfect for displaying memorable objects and pictures in our living room. Great deal, too!
