Jacob was so great! He let me know 15 minutes before coming, so I could put my dogs away. He went over my package once more and gave me a quick idea on what he was going to do today and when they would be back. I would 100% recommend Aptive to my friends and family just for the service so far. We are excited to start enjoying our backyard now!
Sean did a superb job today. Covered everywhere inside the house with pet friendly spray. Then he cleaned all the spider webs plus two wasp nests that we didn't know about. Then finished with a yard covering spray. He also told us about the effective timing about his work.
We have ants and aptive came by and helped spray. The tech is what made my visit. He went out of his way to help and work with me. He found a wasp hive and even helped with some other pests. Thanks aptive.
We scheduled Aptive to come out Saturday morning but I received a computer generated email saying they were coming between 4pm and 6pm. I called Audrey from the main office and she confirmed that unfortunately they had to change the time so we made sure we were home Saturday afternoon waiting for them. I call them back just after 6pm as they didn't show up and the lady I spoke to said there was no service scheduled for us? They had our business, we agreed to sign up for the year but they messed us around.
Very through in product coverage, and professional and polite. The company keeps you informed and up to date with service visits. The customer service platform is user friendly and accurate to your request. Most of all if you are not satisfied, they will revisit your property, make you happy with no additional cost. Great customer service and concern.
Pushy salesman rang my doorbell. He was a liar saying all my neighbors were changing to his service. I said no thank you many times. He wouldn't leave. He was high on drugs. I could see it in his glassy eyes. Not that hard to tell these days.
Jesse was amazing! He was very thorough in explaining the entire process and treating our property. He walked me through what he did when he finished and answered all my questions. He let me know what to expect. He even sent photos of the service when he was done.
I was introduced to Aptive by Anthony Aptive's sales representative. He did an awesome job explaining the services and what his company had to offer. I liked that this company as environmentally friendly and uses chemicals that are such as I have pets that go outdoors. I also loved that the person who serviced my home was fast and through. I will be a lifelong customer. Thank you Aptive team.
I just observed an employee of Aptive spraying everything (shrubs, flowers, lawn,etc.) with a pesticide in the yard next door. The employee told me it was for insect prevention. Prevention for what? The only time a pesticide should be used is when there is a specific pesticide problem. This harmful process eliminates beneficial insects that kill harmful insects and pollinators that pollinate 84% of our food supply.
I was finished with my year commitment but when I needed to stop service I have gotten the run around! They keep trying to fraudulently give me appointments and charge my account. They are saying I need to talk to manager personally but one is never available! Warning to the buyer! Beware!
Recently, I noticed that there is a wasp nest near the front exterior part of my home near my door. I don't believe it was taken down properly or I don't know if it was sprayed. The technician came out without me being home so I don't know exactly what he did. I would appreciate if I'm home when the technician does come out to do work, I also have been noticing spiderwebs in my front lawn as well. There have been a few bugs in my home that I had to kill myself so the barrier inside my home probably isn't done as well as I would like but other than that you guys have, good service from what I can tell I think that you're a little expensive, I probably will not be using your services in the future. I could possibly do the work myself..

Them forever. I'm so glad I figured it out after almost a year of service.
First application was placed today. The two gentleman from the company were professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Only time will tell on the effectiveness of the product. Will keep you posted.
I'm usually not home when the Aptive guy comes along but my cameras pick up what he does. I am assured that my house is taken care of every time. And I like the fact that I can call them for my house interior if I need them at no additional cost.
I've been with aptive for over a year they usually call or text before showing up to the house and after a couple of visits they started sending out technicians with out them calling or a text. My last visits were on April 2022 6th and 9th and the proof they sent me are of the technicians in front of my house on the road that's not proof. They send them out when they want without notice and they don't do their jobs. Now aptive have sent my bill for $100 to collections and this was After speaking to them about it a few weeks ago and being told that my account was closed and having no bill.
Aptive sets up quarterly pest control servicing but also on demand servicing as well. Today we had a quarterly service by our usual Service Pro Miles Duffey. He is always happy to answer all questions and concerns we have about the service and pet protection. I hope that all Aptive personnel are as attentive and efficient as Miles Duffey, I am glad we have him since the bugs and creatures that would try to invade are home are no where to he found.
Eliminating pest and bugs is south Texas is definitely difficult, but Aptive and their service pros do it in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner. Great work guys!

Do not waist your time & hard earned money.
They provide poor service & lock you into a contract.
Not to mention problem not solved. Soooooooo disappointing I could scream,,, The absolute worst.
A technician claims that he came out for a service call, but I have four cameras watching my home and there was no one here at all. They charged me for a service call that they never did. Then after calling them to discuss the situation they said they would remove the charge, they did not. Very unhappy with the service, and don't appreciate being lied to about the fees.

He was very professional, friendly, calling to let us know he was on his way. We really appreciate all of the help and advice for the rodent issues. He was able to help us out today, which we were not expecting. I would highly recommend.
I've been an Aptive customer for a few years and have been very pleased. I always get text reminders when the next service is going to be and can easily change the day if needed. I always get a heads up text when the technician is on their way and one when they're done. Today was no exception. Thanks Jacob...A+ job as always!
Answer: My experience was the exact opposite of these. Everyone I've dealt with was very courteous and polite. They arrived on time, did exactly as they promised, and I have absolutely no complaints or reservations about continuing my service with them.
Answer: Yes, they are proactive in protecting honey bees! I had a large bee colony under my shed that I had removed from a bee remover/cultivator company. Aptive treatment actually occurred a few days after their removal and tech informed me that Aptive does not have appropriate licensing for bee removal, therefore they leave that to bee professionals.
