Ordered an aftermarket front splash shield for a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. The received part was very close to the original, but not exact in terms of dimensions and layout of the holes. It took some fiddling and drilling new holes to attach it securely. It will work fine but if I wasn't handy it would have been very frustrating. Honestly I was sort of expecting this due to conflicting reviews that said "exact match - great!" and "didn't fit - boo!"
Bottom line: If you have a stock 2017 Hyundai Sonata (i. E. not Hybrid, Sport, SE, etc), this part isn't an exact fit but it can be made to work.

Wife ran over something on the road in an unlit road at night. The plastic splash shield behind the front bumper was ripped in half and part was missing. She was going out of town in 5 days so I placed the order and it arrived the night before she left. In the morning I was able to install it just in time. Thankfully it was an exact match and went on without any trouble. Thanks for helping me make a quick repair on the wife's Mazda3.

I needed a new grill for my 2013 VW Beetle before I get it wrapped. Go-Parts had what I needed at a much lower price than direct from VW. The parts arrived in great condition and in timely manner and will be installed in a couple of weeks!

Quick delivery on a Jaguar part. Was the exact part that I needed; some people have had issues with other sites sending them a noncompatible part. Got the right sensor in like 3 days.

Ordered from RH side mirror ebay. Arrived damaged and I took pictures right out of the box. Pain in *******@ss to go through the return to vendor process. Then the vendor claimed it was advertised with no glass and a quarter size hole in the turn signal plastic. They said I did not look at all the pictures. More BS. Then they charged me a restocking fee of $27 which I recovered eBay having filed a dispute with Visa the day I receive it. Atl Auto was the vendor.

Went to Go-Parts. Paid more but the mirror looks brand new. You guys are the best.

Received the item in a timely manner, but when removing them from the packaging, the driver side cover was broken.

I would either like a refund or the item replaced.

I read about the site's ability to provide high quality replacement mirror after my wife clipped a mailbox and the mailbox won. Purchased the mirror and then picked up the color matched cover from Mazda direct. Received in the mail today. Put the cover on, followed a YouTube video and had the replacement done in about an hour. As advertised, quality is excellent, price was fantastic and all functions work great.

I have a lot to deal with in my day I would love to be able to track my packages but I was unable to do that at all and you guys were quite unaware what name you used to ship it with I just had to guess when I got a UPS notification that's not good work on your shipment tracking in the future please

I purchased, "2007 - 2016 Mazda CX-9 Exhaust Header Pipe - Front (Autopart International W*******258)" on April 16'th. I did ask that the part be given additional shipping protection, and was assured by two separate staff members that Shipping had been notified to bubble wrap and/or box the item. Unfortunately it did arrive broken on April 17'th, but Go Parts was kind enough to refund the cost of purchase. I would consider this just a one time mistake that happened, I would do business with them again.

Needed to replace the fog light assembly on my wife's car. The dealership wanted 250 or more for it. Got it here for WAY less. Installed quickly and easily and will buy more from here when my wife destroys those.

Experience was good as far as ability to find correct part and quality. Took a little while to get to me and shipping was pretty high $20 shipping for 4 bolts.

I need a part for my car that it was difficult to find so I could find it here. There is a plenty autoparts here that everybody can find
