All went well no problems and the tail light arrived in good condition. I have two suggestions 1) I wish you would have sent me an email or a text message or something to let me know the product was on its way. 2) The delivery guy left the package outside the fence where anybody could have grabbed the box, I don't know if you have control over that particular problem but just a suggestion. Overall I'm very satisfied.
I was filling out my purchase and it just fully sent through. I didn't get to select any insurance on shipping etc...

My shopping experience to purchase the part was difficult, and it required me to intentionally falsify the year of my vehicle in order to purchase the part that did fit my year vehicle. The site had no parts for my vehicle model year, or the previous year, even though there were no material model changes during those 2 years. I had to declare my model year was 2022 instead of 2024 just to purchase it. However, once I ordered the part on a Sunday, I received it on Wednesday. GREAT SHIPPING LOGISTICS!

The part clearly fits a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz, but your site has no parts for 2023 or 2024 Hyundai brand at all. Even though 90% or more 2022 parts fit 2023 and 2024. The GoParts site data is very stale, I believe that is probably losing sales and revenue. This made me have to get "creative" just to place an order. Sheesh.
Everything that I ordered came well packed. I did not receive confirmation of shipment, I wrote to them, they answered me immediately and reset the delivery number

Though I didn't get a tracking email as stated upon purchase. It was definitely great that when I did contact Go-Parts, they were very prompt without having to give so much detail about my order. Sounds like they have a pretty great system for tracking each of their orders.

I ordered a part that an insurance co. Had located with you and ordered it. It ened up being the wrong part no any fault of Go-Parts.com, but when I put in my return request I got a response super quick with my RMA and return shipping label. Bought a side door mirror with a camera for my Honda Civic and it fit amazingly. At first, I was skeptical because I wasn't sure if it was a good match even though my model was listed but once I received it and assembled everything it looks great! It was a very smooth transition from searching to checking out!
I was recommended by a friend who had also bought from the site. It was also the best price compared to most sites. It's definitely the mid-range of things. Not too expensive that breaks the bank but not too cheap where its sketchy if it will even work.

I ordered a replacement sideview mirror for my 2015 Subaru Forrester. It appears to be just as good as one manufactured by Subaru and costs a great deal less.
I did have to email Go-Parts to get a tracking number for delivery since one was not provided in the original order confirmation, but that's "small potatoes."
