Even tho the box had the correct description for the mirrors on the tag, the wrong mirrors were inside.
We didn't have power mirrors and the was no blind side indicaters and the connection cord didn't work.
I'll be in contact for replacement or refund.
The parts ordered did not fit my car even though the website claims it was an oem fit. The returns process was a pain and the team took weeks to follow up on refunds or offering a replacement item. Overall I will not be buying from this company again.

The listing said that the radiator would fit my 2019 ram 1500 classic, but it doesn't must be two different radiators that fit that truck

The description is not very clear, for example, I am buying a part that is supposed to be painted. It does not specify if it is painted and what color it is painted on. It is very hard to tell from the image. And the image given is very limited in terms of number and quality. I can't zoom into see the better quality.

Got my order within a week or so from ordering a new tail light and passenger mirror. I've actually have been ordering from Go-Parts since 2015!
Had to order bumper guard for vehicle arrived in 3 to 4 days after ordering
The web site worked really well.It was easy to find my mirror on the web site. It arrived when they said it would. It fit my truck properly.
This last experience wasn't the best. It took almost a week for the part to arrive. I ended up ordering from another company, and received their part before your part arrived by a few days. That's why I'm returning your part for a refund.

We ordered a radiator and got a great deal! It unfortunately arrived damaged but was cheap and easy to fix for proper installation. If it was not damaged we would have given a 5 star review.
The cost of the part was $7.21. The shipping cost from New York to Ohio was $23.00 which was expensive and ridiculous as I have purchased many parts from New York and never paid that shipping cost. I should be refunded a partial cost of shipping. The company Go-parts should do the right thing or I would not purchase again.
