The part was quick to arrive but doesn't fit the car it described to be able to fit.
I bought a part, they gave me a wrong part. Then they dont take it back or even I tried to exchange for the right part they refused to do it.
It is a mistake to buy part here. I am going to let everyone know in social media and more.

Had ordered a part but when I found out how long to deliver I cancelled the order. Despite that, it got filled and delivered anyway and yes I got charged. I was no longer at that address. Had to then pay for deliver from where I was to where I live which cost me another $25.
Happy with part but was disappointed in delivery and communication.
I was surprised at how long it took to get the part. And I also can't believe how expensive that part is for just an aftermarket cheap piece of molded plastic

The product appeared to be in excellent condition, however, I cannot provide a positive of negative review because, I did purchase the item for myself. The friend I bought it for, retrieved it and has yet to call me with the installation and operation result.
My purchase came very quickly, but there were many scuffs on the oversized item I got. The company this site uses for shipping costs less than other sites ($14.99) and I assume it's because the care for the parts isn't there.
I was filling out my purchase and it just fully sent through. I didn't get to select any insurance on shipping etc...
Product was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. I bought two headlamp assemblies for our '97 528i. Both were by DEPO. The left unit was fine and installed perfectly. The right unit had issues. The headlamp adjustment height level (glass tube with bubble) looked different from the left hand unit level and would not work. No matter how far we adjusted it up or down, the bubble never moved toward center. Also, the socket for the two filament marker/turn lamp bulb was defective. The lamp (either filament) would never light. I took one of the sockets off one of the old headlamps and replaced the new socket with that and the lamps worked perfectly. I have pictures of the box labels (they are a little different), the level tubes and the "bad" market bulb socket.
This online store is the worst I've ever tried to do business with. I ordered two parts, which I needed right away last Tuesday. It is now the next Tuesday and they have not been shipped yet. Emailed twice last week, all i received was a survey to take, no help whatsoever. Called yesterday, was told that when they took the parts I ordered off the shelf, they were broken, so they had to order new ones. Never got an email regarding any of this. They said they would ship it expiditedly yesterday and it hasn't been shipped at all. Need to be a 0 out of 5 stars option. Don't waste yout time, order parts from another site.
The lights were the perfect fit, and I replaced them in a few minutes. When the lights arrived they were perfectly packaged and they were shipped very fast. If all online transactions worked this well I would never go to a store again. Thanks
I had to accept the risk to go to the purchase web page. I'd rather not have to do that. Go-Parts tech support agreed to look in to it. Relaxing any security on my laptop is a no-no! Otherwise, the material came as ordered in good shape.
The order shipped the next day and I received my order within 3 days all the way to Hawaii. The part was in new condition and was exactly what I ordered. Excellent experience and will use this company again to order if I need other car parts.
I recently purchased two headlamp assemblies for my son's car. I had read some negative reviews about Go-Parts, so I was concerned, but decided to give them a shot. Customer Service was very helpful. Items were quickly shipped and in good condition. Unfortunately, my son was able to repair his headlamps and I had to return them. No questions/problems with return. Customer service was very helpful. Of course, they deducted shipping fees and I had to pay return shipping, but there wasn't a restocking fee. They issued my refund the day they received my return. Will definitely use in the future!
Very easy I had a great experience ordering from your site. The only complaint was I had to email you for a tracking number. I know, I know I checked my junk/spam box before I emailed you to send it. Other than that great! I will order from you again if needed.
I ordered an item from the Go-Parts website that said it fits my vehicle (100% match found). When it came to my address, it was not the right part. Customer service was not helpful and they did not want to retrieve the item. Highly recommend not to shop with Go-Parts.

That light is listed as only fitting Jeep's with a single headlight, not the duel stacked headlights your Jeep has. I recently purchased a bumper for my vehicle which cost me around $640 with the $14.95 shipping included. The bumper is aftermarket and arrives completely bent in a small box. That is the least of your worries because the bumper I bought based on my vehicle serial number and picture they had to display the product was not what I received. I received a bumper with bumper edges 2-3x bigger than my original bumper which means it would have never fit my vehicle. When I requested a refund I was told I had to ship the item back first at my own cost which was a total of $324.78 at UPS with standard shipping. They refuse to compensate me for the cost of shipping although I did not purchase what I received, I was told I would only be refunded the original cost of shipping which was 14.95. My advice to anyone is to purchase your part from somewhere else because if this company sends you the wrong product you will be out half of what you spent on the item. Overall very distasteful.

It was only AFTER you paid that cost that you began to mention that it was "not the same item" as the item we show online. The reason you gave for your return was that you wanted OEM parts, not aftermarket parts. As we only sell aftermarket parts, you would be responsible for the return shipping cost. My order was canceled the first time because of a payment issue but when I reached out they got me in touch with the bolt payment customer service. After briefly talking with them I was able to resubmit my payment and it worked. I did not receive tracking information but I got my part so I'm not upset.
I was happy I received my part, but the website said it was in stock & it took over 2 weeks for me to receive it. They also weren't very responsive on my inquiries as to the status each time I e-mailed or called the customer service line.
Bought a side door mirror with a camera for my Honda Civic and it fit amazingly. At first, I was skeptical because I wasn't sure if it was a good match even though my model was listed but once I received it and assembled everything it looks great! It was a very smooth transition from searching to checking out!
The mirror installed fine. However, the mirror insert shakes and seems loose while driving. Looking at the mirror, it has a constant shake when a slight bump is driven over. Housing is fine and tight, just the mirror insert.
