This is by far the worst ordering experience I have ever had. Their site says orders ship in 24 hours. I called a couple of days after not getting any confirmation it had shipped. They told me that it had shipped that day, and they would send me a tracking number. Another couple days... no number. I called again and they said that my order had shipped out that morning. I started to wonder if this was some sort of scam, and that there wasn't anything being sent at all. Finally almost two weeks after placing the order I got a shipment tracking number. Four times I called Go-Parts and every time I called, they said my order had shipped that day. Yeah right!
Ordered nail gun and nails on Tuesday, paid for 2 day delivery, nails delivered on Friday as expected but nail gun didn't arrive until Monday. Had to rent a nail gun for a job starting on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. A message left Friday resulted in a Monday call to tell me the nail gun would arrive Monday. No apology, no refund of delivery charges, no compensation for the $180 rental fee. First and last time for me.

I ordered the wrong part by mistake. It was completely my fault. On the day the incorrect part arrived, I explained what happened and ordered the correct part. The next day I received a confirmation I would get a full refund for the part I ordered in error. The new correct part arrived and the refund was finalized both on the same day. I will be buying all future items from Go-Parts. Excellent customer service experience.
Received the part in good condition and in a timely manner and the install was easy.
It was great! It took 5 days from the day I ordered until I got my part. It was well packaged and I received exactly what I ordered. It was quickly installed in my car. Great to have my headlamp working and the pricing was fantastic. I have already recommended Go-Parts to others. I feel I can trust Go-parts. Great company.

I needed a bumper retainer for my car, as well as the little red pin that was shown in the picture because I broke both. The bumper retainer came but I did not see the red pin. I was disappointed with the lack of a red pin but the retainer itself worked perfectly.
While the site was easy to use, and the part easy to order and came quickly - we were sent a different part that did not work with our vehicle - it was easy enough to send it back and get our credit (however shopping was not covered).
I found what I needed. I seem to have all orphan vehicles. There were lots of fuel sending units for sale for early 70's Dodges, but I needed one with an angled port for the fuel line to go on to. Most of the ones for sale had the straight port with a return line port.
I ordered a part that an insurance co. Had located with you and ordered it. It ened up being the wrong part no any fault of Go-Parts.com, but when I put in my return request I got a response super quick with my RMA and return shipping label. If ever need anything from Go-Parts.com again I will for sure use you all!
Website needs a bit of work, when you go into search sometimes it tells you nothing found. Other then that it's good, responsible prices and shipping eh could be a bit faster
I ordered a taillight for my car. They charged my account but I did not receive any confirmation of the order by email. Weeks went by and I followed up. I was told the part was lost in transit and another would be sent out. Another 10 days and I still don't have my part.
Whenever I called I never got through to any one. My calls were never returned. My questions were never answered. My emails were never answered. I have not received a refund for my return. Poor customer service.
Car parts are hard to find especially in Hawaii. They had great customer service, and a quick response to my email. I ordered from another parts website and they couldn't deliver to HI. Fast shipping and so relieved they could ship to HI. Thank you!
Was looking for parts for my vehicle and they had what I was looking for. Will be using them again in the future
"I ordered a headlight September 12 and told it would take 2-3 days to process, no tracking info by the 16th so I emailed asking about it. * said it was leaving the warehouse the same afternoon and I would have info in 1-2 days. Still nothing by the 19th. *, customer service manager apologized and refunded the shipping, once again said it was leaving that same afternoon. The morning of the 21st still nothing, so when I asked about the info and part or requested my refund, without even trying to figure the problem out and how an order never left after 9 days of "processing", within 20 minutes I was sent a refund. Although they have lower advertised prices than everyone else and a "high" rating, I would be cautious ordering anything from this company."

I thought the product was great and looked exactly like my upper grill. The only issue I had is that there were no directions for the install. It took a little foce to get the grill in, but I have had nothing but great comments on how the large void is now filled. I would recommend this product for anyone who has the 2013 Ecoboost who may notice a large void in the front of their truck.
Site was easy to navigate. Found repalement headlight assembly for a 2004 Nissan Maxima.Price was right, placed order and parts were delivered within a week. Took it to dealer to install and they found no issues with parts
