I placed an order for my 2019 Kia Optima. Front Engine Plash Shield. After three days I received a refund. No calls or emails. Just a refund. When I communicate with customer service, they tell me that they do not send this type of parts to Puerto Rico (USA). On the website it clearly asks for the address and the zipcode. By putting the address the shipping increased, I placed the order but they did not want to send me the piece. That is not stipulated on the website and they say that they deliver to different parts of the world.
The 2004 Ford F150 inside door handle look a while to find but it was a perfect fit. Found a U tube video and it walked us easily through.
It was extremely easy to find the part that I needed on the website and the correct and intact part came straight to my door and was dropped off by a competent FedEx delivery person. It was packaged in such a way that it would have had to have something extremely heavy fall on top of it to damage it (taillight).
Go-Parts delivered the parts I ordered exactly five days after I placed the order, as they promised. With daily email updates on the shipping status, the parts arrived in perfect condition.

There were no options for any expidited delivery there was only 1 option, by the time I got it I didn't need it anymore because the dealer got it for me next day. When I called to cancle they said nope sorry too late
Correspondence and receiving the product was pretty quick. Product fits and works as it should at a very reasonable price.

I had to replace the passenger side mirror on my daughter's car and after checking a million places this place was the best a Chevy dealer wanted over $480 for the mirror and I got it at this place for I believe $65.

So far good but I ordered a radiator for my 1984 s10 Chevy with a 1.9l engine n 2wd. But this part is the opposite n maybe to big. Didn't test fit just opened the box n emailed yall
