I need to replace a Brake pedal stopper. My local Auto parts didn't sell the part. I was told I would have to order it online. No other website sold the The specific part from my car.
I ordered a condenser cooling fan and the site just said order processing, no confirmation. I called and got voicemail, left message, no response, I filled out a form to request callback, no response. I didn't know if part was ordered or not so I ordered the part elsewhere. Next, I get an email that order from go parts was shipped. I went through the same routine trying to get in touch with go parts, no response. I filled out return form and sent, no response.
The replacement mirror arrived quickly, in perfect condition and was a five minute installation. It replaced the OEM mirror exactly and functioned correctly - OEM mirror was destroyed by tire debris on the freeway.
There was only one bracket, I was expecting 2 of them. Should have been much more clear on that. Especially for the price I had to pay. I won't order here again.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect part and I contacted them immediately. I was informed that I needed an RMA #. Once they emailed me my RMA# I only had 3 days to return the part. I had to have the RMA# on the original box. Had to email them the routing number and only send it ground. Which ended up costing me $37.37 for a $55.92 part. So I'm basically only going to get $18 if I'm able to jump through all their ridiculous hoops within 3 day.

We are not able to control the return shipping cost charged by the carriers, and customers paying the return shipping cost is standard when the incorrect item has been ordered.
We also ask that you return an item within 3 business days of receiving your RMA number as we have had too many people attempt to wait 6+ months to return an item. As there is only a 60-day return policy, we would have to decline returns that do not come back within the time frame.

Got the parts in a fairly expedients manner. Despite being packed in paper one part was slightly broken. Just glued it back together and carried on. Easier than any type of return.
