The best place to sell/buy your video games, dvds, books, and CD's is www.Glyde.com. I've used this site more then 20 times to sell games from my collection that i hardly ever played anymore and never had a bad experience. If you have a lot of games that you don't play and want to get rid of, i really recommend you try this website out It's very quick and easy to list an item with no up front fees, once it sells, you recieve a pre-addressed Glyde mailer, drop it in the mail and that's it. They take all the hassle out of selling your unwanted stuff
Though Glyde's system might not be without its flaws, their customer service is quite amazing. I have ordered a TON of games on this site, and less than 5% of the time there have been problems with the orders. What has kept me coming back is how understanding and helpful their customer sevice is in helping to resolve these issues.
Sold all 3 of my old iPhones. Only one was returned for some reason but sold once again quickly to new buyer. Was very easy to get my money transferred into bank account for free. Would definitely suggest you give them a try. They included shipping box which also made it for fast and convenient. Have used eBay in the past but don't like it. Glyde charges about the same as eBay and PayPal does. Plus eBay makes you pay your own shipping so the cost are pretty close. Glyde is faster and easier in my opinion! Give them a try!
Games come in very good condition
I purchased 2 popular games for a equal of one xbox game at any store?!?!
Also addons or redeemable codes are still valid! If the game is limited edition
Hoping to buy more in the future
I purchased an iPhone on glyde and it was a terrible experience. Processing a simple credit card transaction took over a week -- I received 2 emails: one saying my order was successful and the product was on the way; a second saying it had been cancelled because I never responded to them (I had exchanged emails 5 times already). Terrible customer service. 2 days to respond to each inquiry. No phone number. Will not survive.
Item received were as described and good price. Shipping took a lo time. Some items were canceled because person did not ship on schedule. Overall I like it I think prices are reasonable for used items.
Ive had 3 transactions with them, and am not impressed. The average shipping time has been 3 weeks. 1 of the shippers didnt send tracking info... ordered 1 game on Dec 4th and am still waiting for it on Dec 28...
3+ weeks for first class shipping is absurd. Why any business would think building a 2 week lag into shipping is reasonable is beyond me. Games and movies are IMPULSE BUYS. People want them now, not in 3 weeks, maybe! And what if you want to return an item? 3 more weeks to get a refund...?!
Glyde = lights on, nobody home. Lame.
I've sold two different devices to Gazelle, and two through Glyde. Both services work very well, and I've had excellent experiences with both. Gazelle's processing has been a bit faster (a few days, because Gazelle puts my money directly into my bank account, where Glyde deposits into my PayPal account, where it is then transferred into my bank account), but I've received far more money selling through Glyde. As I write this, Gazelle would offer me $510 for my iPhone 6+ 128 gb, versus $630 from Glyde. If you're in a big rush to sell, I'd recommend Gazelle. If not, Glyde's the one I'd use. Highly recommended!
In spite of a spirited attempt to support what I thought would be a great company, I have been unable to complete a purchase- not sure why, card doesn't work on their site. However NO problems anywhere else. Customer service feels plodding, and well, less than helpful. Made me feel like the problem was on my end. Well, in the past year, I have successful purchased 4 phones elsewhere, and guess the next one is elsewhere as well. Just successful made a purchase on Amazon. I wouldn't recommend Glyde, as there are better buying experiences out there.
Glyde is an amazing site great deals on items and if anything ever goes wrong amazing customer service. I had a customer service agent named Peggy who was the sweetest and most caring agent really helped me with an order. To her I say thank you. Glyde now has a long term customer.
After some research the second-hand values of old phones seemed to be the best on Glyde. The sales process has been easy for two iPhones so far. I have a third non-Apple phone that refuses to sell, but that's not Glyde's fault.
Once I sell it, I'll spend my dollars and check out the buy side of Glyde.
Horrible experience. Glyde just ignores the buyer after they got payment. Did not respond to emails and have no listed telephone contact. I have tried to cancel the order and still do not know the status of the order or cancellation! Totally frustrating to deal with businesses which offer no degree of customer support (unless you consider computer generated emails support) or customer service. I certainly will not be dealing with Glyde again!
I purchased an Iphone 6, Space Gray yesterday around 4pm and the phone should be here around the 30 of October.
My bank account was charged $363.4, but when I look at the transaction tab on your website it says that I made no purchases at all.
If that doesn't change I would like a refund of my money ASAP.
Our company recently needed to purchase several used iPads for an audio visual display. Almost all of them arrived in exactly the condition described, for what we consider a reasonable price. Sometimes a company's performance is best measured when something goes haywire. For the one iPad that arrived below the standards described, Glyde handled our request to remedy the situation with grace, courtesy, honesty and kindness. It would be unreasonable to expect the purchase of used product to go off without a hitch. But when a hitch happened, Glyde's response was perfect. So for the majority of items that were perfect, thank you, Glyde. And for the one that needed help, thank you for your prompt and effective customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending your services and website.
So far I've had a great experience with Glyde. Wish they could offer more items to sell. Only serious problem I have is their lack of ability to change prices on MacBooks. I want to sell mine but the price they required was too low.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Never got my trade-in credit after multiple emails to follow up. Then they sent an email saying that the phone I traded in had been reported as lost or stolen and was no eligible for a trade-in credit. This total BS as I bought the phone and never reported it as lost or stolen. Now having to go through a dispute with my credit card company to get the $ I was promised. Stay away!
I've been waiting for my phone for 2 weeks and apparently it's in Philadelphia now. Im done in this amount of time I could've bought a new phone from a real person by now. Just give me my money back please, you guys have wasted enough of my time already.
I had a great experience with Glyde! Their site was easy to navigate, my item sold quickly (as promised), and the payment was secure and fast.
If I had two (small) critiques, the mandatory twenty-four hour turnaround for shipping your item to the buyer poses a bit of a challenge for those with a busy schedule and may be a little less understanding than other websites that allow 5-7 business days, and the buyer's address was incorrect on the pre-prepared shipping label, therefore delaying payment.
Overall, the experience with Glyde was GREAT, comes highly recommended for me, and I would sell through them again! They make selling old electronics a no-brainer!
This was my first experience dealing with Glyde and the transaction was completely positive.
I purchased a smart phone. Did have to consult "Customer Service" to answer some questions I had. The Customer Service rep. Answered my email request almost immediately and gave prompt, courteous action to my concerns.
My phone arrived in "Excellent" condition (as promised).
5 stars... I have already sent my 2nd order for another product.
Would highly recommend this company.
I have a total of 21 transactions on Glyde: 5 Sales and 16 Purchases. Every single one was as easy as they say. The transaction fees are reasonable and what I received on each sale was much higher than if I traded in my games at a local game store. Every game that purchased has been in the appropriate condition AND I've saved a boatload of money on them.
I'll continue to use them as they have been reliable and their site is extremely easy to use. Factor in the cost savings on purchases and how much I've made on sales... and this site is a win/win. I highly recommend that you give them a try.
Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend

Hi Syrah. Thanks for following up with us through the message feature. I see that this was a mistake in shipment by the seller of the phone. We have refunded your credit card in full and removed the seller from Glyde. I am so sorry to see this happen. The vast majority of sellers on Glyde are more reliable and we hope you will give us another chance.
