I have only had one transaction so far with Glyde, and it is completely positive. Although the device I received from them was defective, I didn't realize it until 3 days after I had received it. They agreed to make an exception to their 48 hour term, and accepted it back. I will use them to get my next (hopefully non-defective) phone.

I love using this site. It is a far better site for selling your used games. You get more money than selling with gamestop. I like that the prices are better, too.
Almost all my transactions have been successful, and for the one's that I've had problems with, I simply email the support team and they guide you trough the resolution process. If your looking to save some money, I recommend this site.

I ordered a phone using a valid credit card and payment was approved. Within twelve hours they suspended my brand new account and reversed the charge. Glyde says it's due to fraud detection via third party software. Because they refused to explain what was wrong with my card and let me make it right, I filed a complaint with the credit card company (MC).

Great company!

We sold TWO Galaxy 3 phones, one with a cracked screen. NO ONE would give us anything for them and with Glyde we sold them and received $80.00!

It was so easy, the box they send you makes it so simple, you truly don't have to do much of anything except enjoy your funds!

Bad experience

Sold two phones on glyde at the same time, shipments were mixed up in error. When I realized what had happened upon shipping I immediately contacted glyde customer service via email but no corrective action was taken nor did I get a valid response: to this day I have not rec'd a response from anyone at glyde except for the automated acknowledgement of my email with a note that I would be contacted.

Worked for me...

Over the past year and half, I've sold an S4 with a cracked screen, I got $80, a new G2 $155, and a new G3 $200. Each transaction went smoothly but it is a process that will take about a week or a little more. You have to wait for your item to sell, then Glyde will send you a box, then you ship to directly to buyer, the buyer then has 3 days to accept... then you finally get paid. So you will have to be patient... I also just purchased a certified Note 4, which will arrive today, IF you don't buy certified or new you will be at the mercy of the seller, in hopes that they will send device as advertised.

Bad customer service

Trying to buy a iPhone 6 plus from them, they ask me 48 hours to check all my information from my credit card, the pending payment was showing on my account, its been over 4 days now and they did not reply any of my emails back, don't buy from them

I ordered two separate phones two weeks ago. I received one in two days. The other one is lost. You cannot talk to a human being. Email only. After many emails I still do not have any help from Glyde. I finally contacted my credit card company and had the charge taken off of my account and have ordered from a different company. I will never buy from Glyde again.

Service met expectation

Thanks for delivering your service as expected. Making it easy for broken cell phone to be reused and giving the seller an appropriate amount of compensation is something that has been missing from the past. Now it is here and j thank you for that. Keep it up

I have use the Glyde service for years and have never experienced any problems. That is, up until till this most recent transaction--the beginning of March 2017. Everything with this transaction was flawless until it came time for settlement and payment. My funds were supposed to be released to me four days ago, however they have not yet been released.

I have sent two separate messages to customer service and I have yet to hear back from the Glyde team. I'm very disappointed in the service that I have received and I will never make the mistake of using Glyde again. I can only hope that I'll be able to get the money that is owed to me.

$#*!ing horrible. They have no number to call, and they will NOT answer emails. My account has been on hold for three weeks and I am still without a damned response to my emails explaining to these idiots why there is no problem. Hell, a 3 minute phone call to my bank would fix this if they would actually do something.

Steer clear of this site if you are a potential buyer. 9 days after my purchase, I had not heard anything and contacted Glyde asking for an update. Only then did they provide me with tracking information, which showed that it took 4 days for them to get the shipping kit to the seller's post office, who resides in the_same_ state. Now 2 weeks later and the seller has STILL not sent anything. Also still nothing from Glyde's side. Needless to say, I have just cancelled the order as this level of service is unacceptable.

Good experience, if a little slow

I listed an iPhone 5c for sale, and it sold in less than 36 hours. The entire process, from me listing my device to me receiving my payment in my bank account, took about 17 days. Every step along the way went as planned. It isn't 100% clear how they decide whose device sells. The website only shows one device at one price, no matter how many are queued up for sale (which isn't visible either). This is a bit of a lack of transparency, but since my phone sold so quickly, I'm not all that upset by it.

Bought iPhone 6 that was supposed to be "excellent." Phone arrived dirty (repulsive, greasy face marks on the glass), and was password protected, as well as still attached to previous owner's Apple account. The kicker is the phone itself is broken! The screen is no longer touch responsive! So angry. Multiple emails to "customer service" have not been answered. Now waiting for "return kit" and money refund. Will be seeking s chargeback from credit card company first thing in the morning. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Glyde provided me with the absolute worst online purchasing experience I have ever experienced. This is not hyperbole. After my first order was cancelled, I emailed the address they are suggesting everyone to email. I was assured that "Unfulfilled sales are rare... We are confident that your next transaction will be successful... Fortunately, the vast majority of transactions on Glyde go much more smoothly than this and I certainly hope you consider giving us another shot." I ordered another phone and guess that happened? The transaction was cancelled once again. I wonder, what are the chances of that? To make matters worse, they don't let you know it's cancelled until 3-4 days after you have ordered it, so that's half your week waiting for something that never shows.

Only do businesss with Glyde if you are a fan of extremely slow service and empty promises.

My phone arrived the day after purchase. Rated "good" condition on site, but I'd have probably tried to pass it off as "excellent" if I were the sell (which is to say, phone was in better shape than I could have expected/hoped for). And then a week later, another phone arrived that I hadn't ordered. Contacted glyde about it. Next day, they sent me a return box. Simple mix up, no big deal, no charge. Excellent product, excellent service, excellent experience.

Very poor

Would not recommend glyde because when i purchased a Iphone 3GS on 2-6-17 its been saying that the "Seller received shipping kit." for a little over a week now an here we are on 2-21-17 nothing has changed.

It seems like an easy and pain free service up front, but they don't care about screwing over sellers. Ive stopped playing video games and didn't feel like making 100 trips to the usps so I listed them all on glyde.com. Every single sell I've made has had the shipping kit arrive over a week late. Glyde apparently doesn't track their shipping kits en route to the seller because I get multiple emails stating that my orders are late and that I need to ship them in 48 hours or my order will be canceled. Then if the shipping kit still doesn't arrive, my orders are canceled and I'm charged for the kit. Only a few have barely arrived in time for me to ship. Thankfully glyde tracks items sent from the seller. It is completely unacceptable and brings many swears to mind that glyde is this incompetent with getting kits to sellers. It's literally the only things glyde needs to physically do other than answer my irate emails.

Aweful battery

The iPhone5 that I bought was great condition except the battery. Obviously something is wrong with the sensor. One minute it will be at 85% then down to 1% and dies. Very frustrating but I guess you guys can't really do much about that.

My son had ordered 2 Wii games through this company and never received them. Their customer service is almost non existent and they are not willing to take responsibility for full liability for the lost games. It would be smart for one to stay away from this company. There are so many other great sites online to buy from such as amazon.com, buy.com or some of the game sites will also mail directly to a buyer too.
