I'm in a country that far away from USA as I'm ordering between time and another from USA but many websites dose not ships directly to my country when I found global shopaholics that was like a final solution to sovle my problem

Their services include Excellent delivery time with no delays. Scammers are kept at bay. Customer service was extremely professional and patiently answered questions I had.

I live in Qatar and shipped a shipment from America by GLOBAL SHOPAHOLICS and my experience was wonderful and honestly I was surprised from the shipping rates and it is the cheapest shipping rates at all! Of all shipping companies and I was amazed about their repacking for shipment they use they used the EXACT, SPECIFIC, AND ACCURATE size of the box containing the my items without leaving any extra space in the box that saves shipping costs a lot.

ELIA AND EMMA AND STEVEN ARE THE BEST IN GLOBAL SHOPAHOLICS, THANKS TO ALL OF THEM, i hope the company recruit more employers to reduce the time of shipments prepartion, because i waited so long to get my shipment prepared, global shopaholics must consider that time is precious than pricing shipments

I used 2 of their services: assisted purchase and item forwarding

Assisted purchase did not work too bad I paid via bank transfer and it took sometime for them to confirm the payment and they were fairly quick to make the purchase on ebay afterward.

Second service didn't work at all, I made a second bank transfer to pay the shipping the 25 of May and until now they did not ship anything. Of course I did try 6-7 times to contact their support chat service to inquire about my shipping and 2 days ago a certain Peter told me "I confirm we received your money for the shipping we are sorry about the delay and your item will be sent in the next 24 hours!"

And you guessed it they did not send anything. And when I contact them again they talk to me as if they dont know me.

I completely lost it and I keep insulting them at this point. I am so amazed how savage and unprofessionnal those people are its almost funny.

I told one of those clowns in the chat "when you put my laptop on ebay to resell it dont forget to send me an email and I may buy it if the price is right :)"

What do you want me to do, I can't keep chassing those clown undefinitly. Yes I lost 1000 usd for the laptop + their fees for assisted purchade + an other 100 usd for the shipping but it what it is..

I got my package safe and very quickly, excellent working of Global shopaholics, Highly recommended.

My item got missing, provided all the information, nothing happened... promises of "We're investigating". I was thinking about another company, now I'm seriously considering leaving GSS

PREPARING YOUR PACKAGES IS VERY SLOW AND FIRST THE WORST THINGS THEY ARE GOING TO LOST YOUR PACKAGE IN THEIR TINY WAREHOUSE THEN YOU ARE GOING TO ASK FOR A CLIAM FOR A SEVERAL MONTHS YOU WILL GET NO MORE THAN $100 IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO USE IN SHIPPING CAUSE THIS THEIR POLICY, SECOND SO MUCH HIDDEN FEE YOU SEE SHIPPING CALCULATOR OH THIS IS CHEAP THEN GUESS WHAT THERE IS $5 PREPARING FEE AND ANOTHER $5 BANK FEE ( they removed the bank fee now) AND $10 DANGEROUS GOOD HANDLING FEE EVEN IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT THIS IS JUST SHOW HOW THEY ARE TRICKY PRACTICE IS. THIS BUSINESS ARE OPERATE BY PAKISTANI AND INDIA AND ARABIC THEY ARE ALL 10 EMPLOYEES AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE BE AWARE IF YOUR PACKAGE WENT WELL ONE TIME BE ASSURED IT WON'T BE THE NEXT TIME.
