Not only did we receive a beautiful urn for our loved one, but Mainely was amazing to work with. We had questions about the customization/inscription formatting for our daughter's urn, and Mainely responded quickly and thoroughly. They sent a proof for us to review and approve before shipping, which gave us the peace of mind that we were getting exactly what we wanted. I deeply appreciated their level of service.

We didn't really know what to expect with a "biodegradable urn" but it is beautiful and nice enough to display at the Celebration of life for my Dad. The website was easy to negotiate and the shipping was very quick. I had made a phone call to customer service to ask about the timing to be sure we would have it on time and it arrived even ealier than we first expected and the customer service person was very nice and helpful. A very nice company. They do sell on Amazon as well but I opted to go directly thru the company itself. Thankyou Perfect Memorials...

I received my urns within 4-5 days as it says. I love them, the color and design is beautiful and they are very substantial in weight. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them.

First off- yes we got a good deal on the casket and we were advised to double check the measurements as my pops was a big man. That being said each time we called ALL of the folks who answered the phone had an attitude. Even after the first call they REPEATEDLY called us back. The last straw was when we paid for overnight shipping and the casket had not arrived we had to follow up- no apology, no refund... but of course they know they have you because of the prices... sad to take advantage... curtesy costs nothing, particularly when folks are grieving.

Every one I came into contact with on the phone were very kind and caring, The team talked me though the options and made me feel at ease as I had been thinking about a funeral plan for some months.

We spoke to a representative at Best Price caskets. He was the rudest customer service person I've ever spoke to. He literally called me stupid and asked me how I could so slow. Their prices aren't the lowest as they say. Infact after delivery they were more than buying from Titan directly. Don't give this jerk your business. He's the last person you'll want to speak to while grieving. What an ugly individual.

If you a week behind on payment they delete your site and try to make you upgrade for a year. Ridiculous when there are other sites that is free

I ordered a casket $1590 I gave them a credit card and they charge me over $1800. When I called and told them to start the deliver they sent me another bill for $2975 plus taxes and fees. The price almost doubled. I called and told Todd the add said free nationwide delivery* I finally found out what * ment stay away from these people.

How can you do this and feel good about yourself. You should be ashamed. Taking advantage of people when they lost their loved ones. You SUCK. We lost all our memories and a place to go. You could have gave us notice to save information. Should have built my own site! I hope this follows you. I signed up in 2010 and my family has depending on this site. You took this away from us!
