I take back my words. The quality of the goods is perfect, price too.
People in the service are polite, but very busy, problems are solved slowly.
They deducted the money(234Eur) for the item not received and lie all the time that they will solve problem" during 5days". I was loyal customer until they took my money. For a long time I believed that they care about reputation.
Is there any authority to curb such sellers?
Such a bad experience with a gilt city deal I purchased. Would not refund! Terrible customer service. Groupon and LivingSocial are much better!

I buy from Gilt since 2012, I remember in the past Gilt offered larger discounts, now most of the items are more expensive...
