Hello, I had the worst experience from this website. Not only did the package get delivered a week after they said it would be delivered but it was also delivered to the neighbor of the recipient who thought it was theirs and had opened it because of this. The Customer Service is useless and was unable to provide me any information on why this occured, they only said that since the package was delivered that they recieved what you requested. Awful, and rude customer service. Worst company i have ever worked with in the past.
I have never written a bad review before. But I have to this time, so that other people will stay away from this company. I paid good money for a box of 28 fine chocolates for a friend's birthday in Sweden. But not only it was late which missed her birthday but also it was substituted with a very small bunch of white lily flowers and two pieces of chocolates without notifying me. I contacted their LiveChat but the agent seemed to be multi-tasking all the time as he only responded to my messages every 2 or 3 minutes. The agent told me to send an email to the customer service. I did. That was four days ago and I haven't heard back from them at all.
I am extremely disappointed with the product and service provided by this company. Will never order anything from them again.

On the picture were pretty nice foreign products with high quality.
But they delivered local products NOT EQUAL to the picture and even description!
The actual price of order is 5 times less!

BUT delivery was in time and basket is nice.
Please Please stay away from this website. It's complete fake and please don't trust the Live chat representatives at all. They play with your emotions and don't deliver the gifts. You wont receive any response from any of them. They just keep you waiting. Sincere Request to everybody out there please don't trust this website.

Please don't order from this website. Terrible service... Wish I had read reviews beforehand. I ordered a gift basket for a friend in Dubai and was told that my credit card details could not be verified and was asked to scan a copy of my credit card and ID and resend it. I refused to do that seeing as there have never been issues with online payments using my credit card and I was concerned about how my private information would be used. The money was taken out of my account but no parcel was delivered. I called to speak to someone but there was no answer and their live chat was impossible to navigate and I got no real answers. The money ended up getting credited to my account but I didn't receive an email saying this would and happen and why. I would never use this website again- completely dodgy!
I cannot understand why so many people wrote so bad reviews here. I am a Korean econ Ph. D. student of one of the Ivy League universities and my wife is in Korea. I made an order to send gifts to my wife and she got "what I ordered." This was very satisfactory experience. The flowers were beautiful and the teddy bear was cute. I also ordered some chololates but naturally I do not know the flavor. I believe that my wife will like it. I will use the service of Giftsnideas again. Thank you for your service, Giftsnideas.
If I could have scored this company lower than a 1 I would have. They are absolutely terrible. They missed the birthday girl's birthday - I should have checked online reviews before bothering to order. Beware that they deliver "anytime between 1pm and 7pm" - totally helpful when you are trying to deliver a gift to a workplace with operating hours of 9-5. Their operators are unhelpful and rude.
One day after the scheduled delivery date I was advised the gift was delivered (despite assurances on the previous day that it would arrive on time). The gift still hasn't been received but gifts n ideas seem to think its appropriate to send me an email stating that the gift has been delivered. Never again.
They didn't delivered your product. Neither they will reply. Don't buy anything from there. I have ordered a gifts on 20 July ordered no. *******but when I contacted them after 1 week they say gift is delivered. Totally a fraud website operated from India.
Ordered a luxury gift basket for an employee and for no reason at all, they cancelled the order and then emailed me saying so, my employee then didn't receive anything on his birthday and they are keeping the funds for 12 days... Not impressed at all.
I had made an order on 3/17 to be delivered on 3/24 to the Europe. Was $20 extra to be 3-4 business days. Come Monday, no birthday present delivered. Come Tuesday, I was told they couldn't get a hold of the local vendor and they would email me. 9 hours later I ask again and am told they still can't get in touch with the vendor and will let me know. Wednesday still no present, no email. Fed up, I asked about a refund and am told it will be 4-5 days to reflect in my account. Not very customer orientation. Will have to wait to see if I get a reverse payment before I attempt to send something via an actual trusted site. Highly dissatisfied.
I ordered a present for a relative and I was told that it would be delivered on time. The date and time of delivery came and went and no sign of the present. When I contacted them to complain they gave some pathetic excuse and offered me a better present and a refund of 20% on my original purchase as an apology for the inconvenience. My family member eventually received a basket full of fruit not at all what I was told he would received. After several emails and a month and half later, the matter of my 20% refund is still pending. They did not keep their word and the present was a complete disappointment. I will never order again and I cannot recommend it! Awful!

I ordered a cake for my nephews birthday. They charged me 100 $#*!ing dollars and delivered some cheap cake from a shop worth $17dollrs and these people forgot to remove the price tag from it. Alssssoooo they send card online on whstaspp what a disgusting joke When i tried to complain no one replied. So upset i wasted so much money
I have been using them for awhile with no issues. Now suddenly the last two items I have sent I have gotten back from their support team I have to go through a clearance proccess. Keep in mind, I've used them several times before with no issues and now they write me to say on an order i just made with them I'm a high risk and they have to have all this personal information? To hell with them. Once they process or don't process this last order I will never use them again! For a customer who has used them multiple times without issues on payment, it is BS they should treat you like this..
DO NOT order anything from this company, never delivered my flowers even though I ordered early. I was given every excuse for not delivering then said it was delivered when it wasn't! I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back! Flowers were for my 88 year old mother for Valentine's Day! Due to this she didn't get anything, i'm still furious with this company and their lack of service,

Horrible and stressful experience. I purchased a vase with roses and a gourmet basket. On the day of the delivery they inform me that the basket was unavailable even though I checked with their customer service if all was okay with my order. Afer contacting several times their customer services, I was informed that they had no idea when it would be delivered, they finally contacted me informing they would have the basket 5 days after my order. I am still waiting to see if these scammers will keep up their word. Beware them, they are scammers.

Its not really bad. My boyfriend in Germany got the cake with proper box. And he said the taste is good. Even they put all my messages on the card which is for them not for my boyfriend. And they said it will deliver in 6 days, but the cake delivered 2 days earlier. But thanks anyway.
Worth It, I got the cake and flowers delivered to my husband to Korea. Cake was delicious and lovely flowers.

I ordered a lovely basket for my sister in England when she showed me a picture of what she got, it was a completely different basket, not at all what I ordered. I had emailed them and they requested the picture, which I sent. They said they would look into this and get back to me. I have had to email them 2 more times, each time they will get back to me. They never got back to me and I am very unhappy with this company. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the gift basket
I am also a recent victim of this company. I wanted to send a surprise gift for my brother and sister-in-law for their first wedding anniversary and I asked them to deliver it on their anniversary day itself. The one I ordered is Golden inspirations holiday tray. My brother and wife got the gift by the end of the day and I was suppose to get a delivery confirmation email which I never received. Also, my brother and sister-in-law sent me the picture of the gift they received and I was shocked. Then one I ordered according to the website looked very nice with the golden gift basket and all the things were nicely packed but the one they received was a piece of a jung. Don't ever order from these people.
