I ordered the family art canvas and submitted 14 family names. I did see a preview, but didn't think I would have to count each name to see if they were distributed evenly. That should be the sellers job. One of the most important names only showed up once in large letters as opposed to the same names of the others appearing many times... even in a row or one on top of the other. Check the preview carefully and don't rely on the seller to distribute them evenly.
I love the items I've received from them in the past, and I'm sure I will enjoy what I get this time - however, they have decided that because I didn't want to pay up the nose to "prioritize" my item, that I can sit and lump it and get my item well after the holidays are done.
I purchased flags and they fell apart hanging on the pole! Contacted customer service and they did nothing! Looks great when you first get but such poor quality! I will never purchase from this company again! They also did nothing about it!

I ordered a personalized garden post. Received IT very timely, but the quality of the engraving was uneven. Something so simple, yet they can't spend the extra few minutes to get it right. After I complained, they did not offer to correct it. They felt it was fine. If I had read their reviews, I would have known that they are not a company that stands behind their product.
I had left a previous bad review of this company, but the owner of the company contacted us and offered to order my daughter a replacement bracelet. I think he did what he could to rectify a bad experience and I would recommend them.

They're beautiful good size and great quality. I ordered 5 of them for my aunt's children after her funeral. They love them! So glad I paid $4.99 to expedite the whole process only took 4 days from Sunday to Wednesday, Amazing. They're individually wrapped and boxed nicely. I usually do not read reviews before buying, but this time I did. I was alarmed at all the bad reviews, but I didn't see what I wanted anywhere else so I took a chance. My order came today after only 7 days, and it was correct and good quality. I bought it as a gift and was expecting to be dissapointed because of those reviews I read. I have order so many personalized item from this company I think they know me by now. The recipients of gifts was so excited and pleased since they have unique name they will not find it in any store. Shipping has never been issue and all item were just as I ordered.

Each and every time I've ordered from this company, I've been very pleased. I recently had a problem with my mail delivery. The product I ordered was never received (this was NOT their fault - it was the post office). They credited my account, including shipping. What more could you ask for. Excellent service!
I would not recommend this.My shipping took over a month and we were using the gift for a birthday party which the child did not receive because the shipping had taken so long. I called multiple times and every time I called the customer service was bad basically telling me there's nothing they could do. I will not be using gift for you now ever again.

Two of my seven personalized "taffeta like" stockings were made from rough cotton and different pattern. Company said they don't have anymore of the nice ones and will reimburse me for the two bad ones. I demanded reimbursement for 7 all since I can't use them. She said no, I asked for her supervisor, supervisor said OK if I send them all back. No problem since I can't use them, but now I'm out $$$ for shipping.

Purchased personalized throw for unique gift. Was suppose to have 12 kids/grandkids names monogrammed on. One name was on there 23 times. The other 11 names appear on the throw between 2 & 4 times each. Contacted sales rep for the company. She refused to issue refund. Offered me 50% off another throw! The throw was $54 and no larger or thicker than a very well used bath towel. Why would I want to purchase anything 50% off when my initial order was not accurate? Would highly discourage all from ordering from this company. Misrepresents products & no customer care at all. Big big mistake ordering from here!
I have ordered a father's day tees for my husband on 6/10 and the website guaranteed to delivered on or before fathets day, 6/21. I have paid extra charges for fast delivery. As of today i have not received any package from them and when i went online to check the status, the estimated delivery time is showing 6/23. They shipped it on 6/19 in a regular mail rather than sending express. It is such a disappointments for me and my kids as we all were very excited. This site spoiled all our father's day surprise. I could have gotten something for my hubby from mall in few hours rather waiting that long for nothing. Would not recommend this site!

Called customer service prior to placing order to be sure it would arrive before my event. Was told 10days out was plenty of time to meet my delivery date. Placed order online, received confirmation that stated most items ship in 1-2 days. Called customer service a few days later to find out it's not scheduled to deliver for 17 days from order. CS agent was not pleasant and refused to help rectify the situation. Do not recommend this site for any future business. Stick with the companies that have outstanding customer service!

Placed order said it would be shipped in 3-5 days. 10 days later they call that they cannot fulfill. No apology - no offer to replace with something else. Still waiting for refund. Quick to charge - very slow to refund. Now will have to pay expedited shipping to order elsewhere.
