They're beautiful good size and great quality. I ordered 5 of them for my aunt's children after her funeral. They love them! So glad I paid $4.99 to expedite the whole process only took 4 days from Sunday to Wednesday, Amazing. They're individually wrapped and boxed nicely. The bonus free gift ceramic coffee mug was so cute, Nice. We love it. Will order again when the occasion arises. Thank you.
I ordered eight Christmas stockings for the family. When I ordered them, it allowed me to list the names of each individual. I put seven names down and asked that one stocking be left blank. When I received the order, the stockings were lovely but unfortunately they all had the same name. When I reached out to customer service to let them know what it happened they claimed that I ordered them that way. There were two people with me when I ordered them and we all confirmed that each name was spelled correctly and listed. They now want me to pay for them to be resent and will not make this right do not order from this company especially if you have to have anything embroidered.

I ordered a memorial stone for my pet on September 14,2023. It arrived today (9/19/23) and was NOTHING like the picture they showed on Amazon. The stone was supposed to be 6" x 6" x 2" and was only 5" x 4" x 1"; the stone was supposed to be gray in color and it is bronzish pink; and the stone is not even a real stone -- it is a hollowed out resin model. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Be warned -- do NOT order from this company. Compare what I ordered (photo1) with what I received (photo 2) below.
I ordered the Pumpkin Patch T-shirts for my siblings with their grand children's names on them. Normally, I read the reviews of a company before ordering but this time, I did not. I was nervous about ordering from this site since it was my first time. I read their reviews but only on their site. That was clearly a mistake! The silver was severely tarnished, and the engraving was off-center. I will be requesting a full refund. Never buy from this company!

I usually do not read reviews before buying, but this time I did. I was alarmed at all the bad reviews, but I didn't see what I wanted anywhere else so I took a chance. My order came today after only 7 days, and it was correct and good quality. I bought it as a gift and was expecting to be dissapointed because of those reviews I read. Because it came so soon it is now gonna be a Mother's day gift that I think she is gonna love.

Bought two monogrammed stockings. We I received them they were different lengths, the white fur were two different widths and off center. Their resolution was to send me directions on how to fold their stockings. They still did not match. So they asked for more pictures. Terrible customer service. If I turned out a product it would be quality from the get go. Will not be back
I ordered an engraved rock memorial for my deceased cat thinking I was getting a real rock, or at the very least, a solid piece. It's a cheap plastic rock, concave. I hate it. Will NOT be using this "memorial", will NOT order a thing from GiftsForYou!
Their timing is unclear for production and delivery. Make sure you give them at least 2 months. They state it in their site 15 days. It's not even close.
I love the items I've received from them in the past, and I'm sure I will enjoy what I get this time - however, they have decided that because I didn't want to pay up the nose to "prioritize" my item, that I can sit and lump it and get my item well after the holidays are done.
I usually check seller reviews on Ebay. Need to start doing that with fly-by-night companies like this. Still waiting on my items and customer service gives zero F's.
This company sold me a memorial stone with the year cut off. Where is quality control? They were more worried about who made the mistake them rectifying the mistake. I wanted a replacement but the company only offered another purchase with 50% off. Why not make the customer happy? I Wil use another company

I received an email asking for me to contact them to verify my order. I've called three times. Twice it was disconnected and the third it said I was calling outside business hours, but I wasn't. I am nervous because I placed a rather large order and if this site is fraudulent they also have access to my credit card information. Has this happened to anyone else?

I ordered my son-in-law the Local Harvest Fruit Gift Box as he is looking for a new job and I wanted to help him feel more confident. I placed an order on March 30 and he didn't get it until April 6 (an entire week). I contacted GiftsForYouNow and received no reply or satisfaction. PLUS, all of the items were not in the box. The sausage was not there. I will NEVER shop at this place that calls itself "GiftsForYouNOW" and NOW is completely inaccurate. Do no waste your time, money, and lack of accountability by the company for your gifts.

I ordered a $13 ornament and paid a whopping $9 for shipping. It wouldn't have bothered me that much if 1. The product was nice (it was subpar at best) 2. I put in an address to ship to my uncle and their site defaulted to my address. 3. when I called about it, they said that I did this wrong and they refused to help in any way. When I told them I wouldn't shop there again, they happily replied that it was fine. They have zero desire for customer service and repeat shoppers. Horrible place to shop. I wasted $22 on a sub par ornament that I now have to ship again on my own dime.

Two of my seven personalized "taffeta like" stockings were made from rough cotton and different pattern. Company said they don't have anymore of the nice ones and will reimburse me for the two bad ones. I demanded reimbursement for 7 all since I can't use them. She said no, I asked for her supervisor, supervisor said OK if I send them all back. No problem since I can't use them, but now I'm out $$$ for shipping.

I ordered a door mat from them through the Zazzle site. It clearly said made by GiftsForYouNow out of Illinois. The first time it was stuck on awaiting item at the USPS site. Called my postmaster and he confirmed there was a ticket created but nothing was delivered for them to ship. Contacted Zazzle and they got me a replacement item. Week later I had to contact them and they told me my new tracking number. Checked tracking. Same thing. Awaiting item. Called my postmaster. No item. I shouldn't have had to go out of my way so much for an order through the company. Both companies failed miserably and I still don't know whats going on. No refund was given. No gift for Mother's day. I will never use these sites again.

I ordered Keychain with pictures on them and I received them with the ring through the face. I contacted customer support and they were not helpful at all, stating they were produced as ordered. How do you send out a product with the face covered? When you order the keyring and select your picture, it does not show you the finished product with the ring so you can adjust your picture.

The only good thing about this company is the expedited shipping. But then again, I paid an extra fee for "In Plant Rush" shipping. Other than that, VERY poor quality, packaging, and customer service. I ordered a vertical banner for my daughter's graduation party. The product was delivered in a flat manila envelope. As soon as I removed my wall hanging from the packaging, I immediately saw that it was creased in three different locations because of the way it was folded in the envelope. One of the creases was directly across my daughter's face. I can't believe this product was folded so nonchalantly and stuffed in a flat envelope. Knowing that the material is very thin and "plastic like in nature", common sense will tell you to ROLL it and place it in a cardboard box to avoid these creases. This product is completely useless to me now. I cannot hang something that looks like this at my daughter's graduation party. The product is not usable at all. The entire purchase plus the extra "In Plant Rush" shipping is money wasted at this point.
I called their Customer Service phone number and was repeatedly asked to locate the "Inspected By" number on the packaging. I could not find this number anywhere. She kept telling me it would be on a "white sticker in the box". Again, this was packaged in a flat envelope, and there is no white sticker to be found anywhere. Just a pink order confirmation. I kept telling her there is no box, just a flat manila envelope. She herself was actually surprised that the product was folded, instead of rolled, and placed in an envelope.
The young lady told me to send an email with supporting pictures, and they will research for a happy resolution. I did as instructed. My email to them included pictures of the defective product, the flat manila envelope it was packaged in, and a copy of the pink order confirmation. I waited a few days for a response, and nothing. My daughter's graduation party is less than a week away. I had to call them back to ask about my issue. I was told by a "Manager" that there is no resolution, and this is the only way they always send out their products. She said they never put their products in a box. I'm sure this statement is completely false. This is very hard for me to believe. The first customer service representative I spoke to kept referring to "a box", so now I'm being told they never package anything in a box. I told the "Manager" this, and she said the first customer service representative I spoke to was new, and she will need additional training... Miscommunication? Misguidance? Inaccurate information? I'm sure I'm not the only one with this same concern. What about customer satisfaction? I am very disappointed in this company and their poor quality products, and inefficient customer service. I will never order anything from them ever again!
