I received an email asking for me to contact them to verify my order. I've called three times. Twice it was disconnected and the third it said I was calling outside business hours, but I wasn't. I am nervous because I placed a rather large order and if this site is fraudulent they also have access to my credit card information. Has this happened to anyone else?

This company is the worst to deal with! Do NOT buy from them!

I ordered something and got it about a week later. Sadly it was the wrong item. It seemed I got someone else's. I called. They were extremely helpful and sent out a new one right away. I called back a second time to get order number info so I can track it. Again. Very very helpful. Everyone was so kind. I got my replacement in perfect condition about 6 days.

I ordered an item and put "special instructions" on it. I received the item and it was incorrect. They had me send a picture and I was supposed to hear back in 48 hours. I finally sent a follow-up email after 4 days of no response and they will not refund me nor will they re-make my gift. I tried to call them and their hours are 8 am - 5 pm M-F CST. It is 1:14 pm CST and the recording says they are closed and to call back during normal business hours.

The etching was BAD. Really blurry, the letter "A" barely resembled an "A". The "W" was just as blurry. The football drinking glass felt lightweight and cheap. The shipping was high, but I thought it was because I was getting a heavy duty glass, boy was I surprised. They do not give refunds, so buyer beware!

I ordered 3 Sherpa blankets, thinking based on the pictures, they were thick and fluffy sherpa style blankets. Boy was I wrong! What I got was 3 flat, not fluffy, thin blankets and paid a ridiculous $52 US for each of them. Total waste of money, will never order from them again.
I ordered a personalized glass picture frame. When it arrived, the corner was chipped. I called them on a Wednesday. They said they would replace--no questions whatsoever. The next day, I received an email stating the picture frame shipped and would be here the following day. Within 2 days of notifying them, I had my product.

Ordered a Fathers Day gift for my husband and it came personalized with 3 birthdays not even close to my 2 sons. When I called to inquire of a refund, I was told that this was not their policy - I could donate the mug, gift it ( seriously- to who) or if I did crafts plant a plant in it. ( why in the... would I plant something in a mug that had someone else's kids birthdays on it and display it anywhere?)
The representative on the phone was OVERLY nice (on the condescending side). No refund they are going to make another one and send it- NOT the point. Was already disappointed/embarrassed.

You are told your order will be produced in 2 to 3 business days. After 12 days I had not received an e-mail that my order had shipped. I e-mailed them and did not get a response. I e-mailed them a second time and no response. I can not tell you how my order looks or the quality because I have yet to receive it. What I can tell you is that I should have read the reviews before ordering from them. They do not care about their customers and seem to have no customer service what so ever. I will NEVER order from them again.

I wrote the company & there comments were we take it off the original price so you got the better deal. I wrote back & told them NO where does it says that & they are advertising fraudulent promotions..

I ordered a personalized blanket as a Christmas gift. It arrived and is beautiful in every way... EXCEPT that it smells HORRIBLE! I just contacted them about this and have no idea what to expect. I can't gift it the way it smells, can't wash it because it is a gift. I requested a replacement that doesn't smell like oil or machinery, or a refund. From what I see here, I am not hopeful, BUT I will report back to let all know if they settle this to my satisfaction. This throw blanket was $40.00 and it shouldn't smell bad!

I ordered a Christmas Ornament for Grandchildren on Dec. 3. I checked Status on Dec 20 and it still Said "In Process will be finished in 4-6 Days". I called only to find out that our item was out of stock. They Made NO EFFORT to inform me of that but I got an email stating that immediately after my phone call. Terrible Service at Christmas Time.

I thought it would be sweet to buy a gift for my niece, who graduated valedictorian. Chose the acrylic star and had it engraved. This was beginning of June 2019. End of June was notified it shipped. Waited until middle of July to hear if she got it. She didnt. Called company. They profusely apologized. Said it takes longer to ship to Canada (Vancouver), but promised it would be there by Aug 1. Its now Aug. 22 and still no sign of delivery. I emailed company and told them I dont even want gift anymore-its 3 months late! They wont take back (well to be fair, I dont even HAVE item to ship them!) and they wont refund because its engraved! Feels like I had a good idea but went to the WRONG place to implement it. With ALL the other places to shop and choose from on line, just reminds me to do my research and read reviews first! Guess I'm the sucker. Shame on giftsforyounow.com. I've read your reviews and seen your ratings now. Hahah. They ask for a picture to add credibility! Wish I could!

It wasn't just misspelled, it was completely wrong. I made multiple attempts to return for the corrected version with not one response from the company. Now the t-shirt I ordered is a joke that gets passed around with the story and name of the company (though we've all renamed randomgiftsforyou.com) so that nobody else gets scammed. Very disappointed that there are companies with as little care for their reputation. Don't order unless you don't mind losing the amount you are paying.

I've placed 2 orders for The Fathers Day on 6/9 and as of today 6/22 I already missed the Fathers Day gift so I have to bought another gift instead. If I remember to check these buyer reviews, I won't bother to buy it in a first place.

Answer: Well I live in Vancouver Canada and placed an order June 15 2019, and today is Aug 23 2019, and my order still has not arrived! I would order from someplace else if I were you. Hope that helps
