I purchased a fathers day tshirt, it is great. However i feel the company should pay closer attention to the special gifts the put in with the purchase. You should make sure it is a good offer for the state the shipment is going to. Waste my time. Really.
I order a customize shirt for my dad with all his grandkids on them. I was kind of hesitant because i was scared of getting ripped off again. So i read all the reviews and they were mix reviews. So, i took a chance and order it. They sent my order number and a day or two later sent my tracking number. I was so excited. I received my dad shirt today and I know he going to LOVE IT! THANK YOU! I ordered two Christmas stockings for my grand-children back in October. Come mid-November I began wondering what was going on with my order -- since Gifts For You Now does not provide any tracking information (really, in 2020 during COVID times, I'd dare say they are the only ones who don't provide this information), and so I emailed them. They replied that my items had been shipped 4 days after I placed my order.
Came December, still no stockings. I asked PayPal to open a case and guess what, here we are December 11 and I was just told that i would receive a full refund of my purchase -- since obviously my order was never fulfilled.
On behalf of our 18-month old and our 1-month old, thank you for not having any respect for your customers and trying to rob us of our hard-earned money.

I placed an order this morning and thought to myself that I would probably get a coupon offer and such enough I received one for free shipping. The return policy is not a great one then you must pay for their mistake, this is not reasonable or convienent. Cant explain how dissappointed I am. Also expect 30 days for shipping. Forget getting a return. NEVER AGIAN.
I ordered an engraved mug. The service was great and the mug was just a simple white mug as I expected, but the engraving was awful. The whole purpose to list the names of the grandchildren for the grandmother on the mug, the type (font) was so so small you couldn't even make out one of the 3 names. It was not at all the size shown on the picture on the website. Very disappointed, but other than that - the service was very good, the product came on time and was packaged well.
I just recently purchased 6 small very light weight garden flags from this company through a promo. When I went to order each set of 2, I noticed that shipping before I put in the promo code was $7.99 but immediately after I put the promo code in, it went to $13.49 shipping! So I have paid over $40 for SHIPPING for 6 garden flags that together weigh between 1-2 pounds! When I called them, they said the shipping cost was listed on groupon, the promo company. I went back and looked and it was not listed anywhere the actual shipping cost on the groupon website or on the redemption letter. I understood that there would be a shipping fee... but NOT $40+ for shipping 1 lb of goods. Haven't even seen the flags yet but judging by their curt responses so far in customer service, I don't expect a good product. They are trying to blame it on Groupon! WON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I received an email on July 15th telling me my items were being produced and I would receive an email when ready to ship... so is that going to be soon or never. Or in two weeks? I would just like to know that I am going to get the items at all.
I ordered a 2xl since this was listed as the size I would need, (I am a size large t-shirt) and it was clearly a size medium... I asked how to return it and because it was "made to order" they would not. They offered me 50% discount on my next purchase, that will NEVER happen. Do NOT buy from them.

I ordered a shirt for my mom with the grandkids' names on it - or at least, I thought I did. It came with no names on it, and when I called, I was told that it was how the company received the order and to check my confirmation email. The confirmation email showed a blank line; somehow I was supposed to know the line would have the names on it, and I'm positive that I typed the names in. They offered no refund, not even a partial one, so the shirt went in the garbage. It wasn't good quality - very stiff and thick - so though I ate the $15, I'll find something better for my mom's present and consider this the cost of an education on this company.

I purchased coupons through GROUPON for 2 dog tags thinking I was getting a great deal 2 lousy little dog tags for $5.00 and when I got to the sign out and pay page the F'n shipping was $24.00 on top of the $5.00
I would suggest not buying anything from these rip off artists and to hell with GROUPON!

I placed order and delivery was estimated to be June 29. Item was shipped on 24th and is still sitting in FedEx warehouse bc of the "sure post" that the shipper shipped package.
This was a birthday present for my granddaughter. Not only has her birthday come and gone but we will not be at the address package will finally be shipped to once it miraculously is found and leaves warehouse. So I lost money and a gift for my granddaughter. I tried so many different ways to contact this company to get address changed or just to speak to someone but of course it just hangs up on you. This is the worst company. I dare to say fraudulent and buyer beware for sure!

I ordered a family word-art throw - I wouldnt even call it that. It is placemat thin, maybe even thinner. I am embarrassed to even give this to my family member as a present. For over $60 you expect a decent blanket. You might be able to hang it on a wall as a decoration, but it definitely cannot be used as a blanket.
I also ordered a baby word-art blanket - same thing. Extremely thin and a waste of money. And another embarrassing gift for a new mom.
The 3rd item I ordered was a to-go mug with a monogrammed sleeve, cant really mess that up too much... but the mug doesnt even seal. I am not looking forward to distributing these decently expensive Christmas gifts.
I would give 6 or 7 stars if I could! Shipping is timely and during busy seasons I was sent a coupon for my next order. Definitely get my business from here on out!

The rip off for this business is in the charges for shipping. I attempted to purchase several small flags at a reasonable price only to find that the shipping charge per piece was half again the price of each flag. When I questioned this I was told in no uncertain terms that it was clearly stated in the " FINE PRINT" I lost the money.

This company is extremely slow in processing your order and even worse when actually shipping it. The item was not as nice as the picture. Colors are very dull and unimpressed with it.

Buyers be ware. This place is a huge scam. They bill you and take your money immediately when you order (as opposed to other similar sites that wait until the order is shipped) and once they take your money it's gone with no effort on their part to 1) deliver the item in the time the site states it will be delivered 2) have customer service staff who acknowledge the mistakes made 3) have a manager who returns calls or emails. They take no returns, no exceptions. Doesn't matter if it's their mistake or not. Not sure how this site even exits. I will be reporting them.
They made an error in the timing of the delivery of my order. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake, refuse to have a manager return my call and refuse to have the decency to treat the paying customer with respect. I made the mistake of shopping with them to "save" a buck or two and that was my biggest mistake. You get what you pay for. I will be returning to personalizationmall.com and other sites that have awesome customer service, great products, and timely delivery.

Answer: Well I live in Vancouver Canada and placed an order June 15 2019, and today is Aug 23 2019, and my order still has not arrived! I would order from someplace else if I were you. Hope that helps
