HORRIBLE

My order was never delivered and theyre refusing to either resend the item or issue a refund. At this point Ive spoken with multiple employees and havent gotten absolutely nowhere. Buyer beware.

I ordered the NAME ON CANVAS. The idea is really cool. You have your last name in the middle and all your children and grandchildren listed around it in different sizes. The colors were good BIG PROBLEM My 6 grandchildren were on there big and small but some were as few as 2 times and some as many as eight and one was on big, middle and small a lot and the 3 year old could only find his name small and only a couple times THEY CAN COUNT AND THEY NOTICED :(( ( I had to throw it away.

I placed an order 12 days ago. I received a confirmation email for my order and I was charged 12 for my purchase 12 days ago. I have not heard from the company or received my order in12 days now. Today I got a postcard from GiftsForYouNow saying that they cannot ship my order until I call them. I'm pretty sure email would have been a faster form of communication. So I call them today, and of course no one answers because they are "receiving higher than expected call volume currently" and of course "the voice mailbox is full right now and cannot accept any new messages". Sounds like everyone else think GiftsForYouNow sucks too! So I go online to their website to check the status of my order as their audio message suggested and their website tells me that my item will be produced in 2-3 days... well which one is it? Are you waiting on my call to ship my postcard sized item to the address you already sent me a postcard to, or has my item not even been produced yet? I don't want what I am now sure will be a crappy product from you anymore. Please refund my money and remove my email and address from your contact information. I want nothing to do with GiftsForYouNow. I advise everyone to stay away from GiftsForYouNow.

I ordered a personalized shirt and called to add a name within 12 hours of my order and was told it was IMPOSSIBLE to add a name. I offered to purchase a 2d shirt and have them mail me only the 2d one although I knew I had to pay for both, and they REFUSED and insisted on me paying shipping charges for 2 shirts even though I did not want the first one. The company found it better to cancel my order than to allow me to order the shirt again but only ship one. This is not a company that cares about a customer.

Not too good quality

I placed my second order with them. I was happy with the first one I got. Both were via Groupon, however my second order was terrible. I ordered personalized baby blanket and the quality is TERRIBLE

Stealing your money

Shipping was 7.99, I didnt think that was so bad BUT once I put in my Groupon it jumped to 11.99. I called them and there is nothng they will do to fix that!

I purchased a knockoff Longchamp bag from Giftsforyounow.com with an embroidered monogram on 3/6. I was wary of the company at first because the price for a personalized large tote bag seemed too good to be true with the promotion I had. The bag had great reviews but looking back they must screen their reviews and delete the bad ones because the product I received was nowhere near what other customers claimed to receive. I paid $20 but the original price would have been $40+ but still not bad. However, you DEFINITELY get what you pay for, and not in a good way.

After waiting quite a few days, I finally received my bag on 3/15. I used my bag for school for 2 days (3/18 and 3/19) I am a grad student and only carry a few books, a planner and a small netbook laptop. Within 2 days of use, the corner of the front bag handle is already completely separating from the bag. The stitching is coming apart and soon the handle might come off altogether. I don't really know if I can sew it back on or I may have to hot glue gun it. Also, the thread on the right side of the bag is coming out so the whole side may be coming loose soon.

One positive-the monogramming was cute. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. However I did read that some other people had uneven/crooked monograms.

This is not the quality I expected from their great reviews. I would have rather put the money towards a real longchamp and had it monogrammed. This is not fair to hardworking customers. I already filed a complaint with them but we'll see if they answer back. They don't send you an email to acknowledge that they received your message either. Buyer beware!

The only good thing about this company is the expedited shipping. But then again, I paid an extra fee for "In Plant Rush" shipping. Other than that, VERY poor quality, packaging, and customer service. I ordered a vertical banner for my daughter's graduation party. The product was delivered in a flat manila envelope. As soon as I removed my wall hanging from the packaging, I immediately saw that it was creased in three different locations because of the way it was folded in the envelope. One of the creases was directly across my daughter's face. I can't believe this product was folded so nonchalantly and stuffed in a flat envelope. Knowing that the material is very thin and "plastic like in nature", common sense will tell you to ROLL it and place it in a cardboard box to avoid these creases. This product is completely useless to me now. I cannot hang something that looks like this at my daughter's graduation party. The product is not usable at all. The entire purchase plus the extra "In Plant Rush" shipping is money wasted at this point.

I called their Customer Service phone number and was repeatedly asked to locate the "Inspected By" number on the packaging. I could not find this number anywhere. She kept telling me it would be on a "white sticker in the box". Again, this was packaged in a flat envelope, and there is no white sticker to be found anywhere. Just a pink order confirmation. I kept telling her there is no box, just a flat manila envelope. She herself was actually surprised that the product was folded, instead of rolled, and placed in an envelope.

The young lady told me to send an email with supporting pictures, and they will research for a happy resolution. I did as instructed. My email to them included pictures of the defective product, the flat manila envelope it was packaged in, and a copy of the pink order confirmation. I waited a few days for a response, and nothing. My daughter's graduation party is less than a week away. I had to call them back to ask about my issue. I was told by a "Manager" that there is no resolution, and this is the only way they always send out their products. She said they never put their products in a box. I'm sure this statement is completely false. This is very hard for me to believe. The first customer service representative I spoke to kept referring to "a box", so now I'm being told they never package anything in a box. I told the "Manager" this, and she said the first customer service representative I spoke to was new, and she will need additional training... Miscommunication? Misguidance? Inaccurate information? I'm sure I'm not the only one with this same concern. What about customer satisfaction? I am very disappointed in this company and their poor quality products, and inefficient customer service. I will never order anything from them ever again!
